“Pollos a la Brasa is truly one of our favorite places, and it feels like home every time we go. We’ve known the family that owns it for years, and they are some of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Clarabel is so sweet, and her brother is amazing— they always make you feel welcomed and appreciated.
The food is absolutely fantastic and never disappoints. Our go-to orders are the pulled pork, lemon chicken, yellow rice and beans, and the sopa de mariscos (seafood soup), which is always full of flavor and so comforting. Everything is fresh, well-seasoned, and made with love.
It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s a place run by wonderful people who truly care about their customers. We will always continue to support and recommend Pollos a la Brasa to everyone. Highly recommend!“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“I came here regularly when the original owner George was in charge. Charming guy who stopped what he was doing to yell Hello to everyone who walked in. The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. Food is decent but prices went up and portions are smaller. The servers are good and personable. Place seems to always be busy since there are several schools and offices in the area. Still decent but you don't get as much value for your money and no charm and personality from George.“

“I love everything about this place. They deliver to my house when I’m lazy on Sundays and I brought two of my kids there and they’re very picky and they love it. Also, the quality of the food you would think that the prices would be way more than they are. This place is a hidden gem. I don’t understand why it’s not packed all the time.“

“A cozy family run cafe with welcoming and friendly staff, their food is AMAZING and cooked with so much love! You CANNOT find any other spot that can beat their prices, that’s forsure!! Their breakfast is delicious - their French toast is a must have btw- and their burgers are great as well as the wraps, food is always served hot and quickly. As for delivery, they always exceed expectations because the food is always earlier than the suggested time and the drivers are very kind and friendly! Definitely recommend visiting, you won’t regret it!! They also have the best servers - Cleo and Aly are the absolute BEST ?“

“What can I say a diner is a diner, not too many differences between them. However, that being said, the service here is very good. It was busy but we got a table right away and once we ordered our food, it arrived in a short time. The food is good and the portions are large. It's very family-friendly. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend this diner if you're in the area.“

“I am fairly new to the neighborhood, my husband and I decided to try out our new local diner (this was in July). We really enjoy this restaurant and so does our little one, this has become our go to diner. My daughter gets so excited every time we go, she starts kicking her feet and says hi and bye to the workers along with the other patrons. I normally order the same meal for myself and my daughter and it comes out the same every time! Delish! They are very accommodating every time I bring her, she’s 1 years old and already has her very first favorite restaurant. Thank you to the staff for always being kind and accommodating!“

“My family and I had the pleasure of dining here on a Saturday afternoon, although we were a large group, the staff gave excellent service. Our main server Angie was very attentive and gave exemplary customer service. The entire experience was great, the food was delicious and the staff is exceptional, I will definitely visit again.“

“We've been passing this place for over 20 years on our trip to New York and never had a chance to stop by... WE MISSED A LOT! We specifically decided on dining at the Omega Diner tonight and the good thing we did! We met there at 7 pm for a family dinner with our son who moved to New York. Kind of a half way between or PA home and his place in NY. The place wasn't very busy. We were sitted right away. The waiter was with us in less than a minute, and in another few minutes we were served our water, seltzer and hot tea. The waiter took our order, advising on what is good and what he would recommend. Great guy! Very friendly, very patient, very customer oriented. My wife got her cream of turkey soup in another few minutes. At that point I added the matzoh ball soup for myself. It was served right away. It looked so good that my son took it from me! I ordered another portion of it and asked to get me an additional bowl to split it. Well, in a few minutes it was served with extra bowl full of additiina steaming broth. This soup tasted very-very good. And the size of that matzoh ball!!! It was of the size of a baseball ⚾️ !!! Yes, and my wife's cream of turkey soup - delicious!!! We did not even want to eat anything else after that but... we already ordered our main meals... Well, everything was served fast and tasted great. My Omega club sandwich (recommended by the waiter) - delicious, Omega appetizers - perfect, deluxe cheeseburger - very nice, baked mix seafood for my wife - tasty and nicely presented, looking very appealing. Obviously, at least half of all this went home with us... We needed room for the sweets. Cappuccino, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate cheesecake - all was great, presentable and delicious! And all this for under $90 (plus tip of course) for the party of four! In today's world this is a pretty good deal! Especially, with such a great service, clean and nicely designed and maintained place and nice portions sizes! We will definitely come back to this place again. They have so many interesting and appealing items on their menu that we want to try...“

“My favorite from here is the breakfast and triple decker chicken salad sandwich with fries and coleslaw.
12/21/25 I ordered the triple chicken salad club/decker. The food looked good, but unfortunately the taste didn’t match the presentation. I ended up taking the bacon off the sandwich because it tasted like it had been sitting out since the morning — there was no real bacon flavor at all. The fries were hard, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the coleslaw was good and the water was fine, but overall the food just wasn’t great this time.
It’s unfortunate because this is one of those places that was once known for really good food. Lately, it feels like quality is changing, and not for the better. Hopefully this was just an off day, but this visit didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect.“

“We normally dine at The Last Stop on Sunday mornings for a late breakfast. The custom omelets are superb and the service prompt and friendly. It has a home town, friendly atmosphere. What more can you ask?“

“The food is standard. Nothing wow, but very consistent. We go for George (Jorge) and the lady (i think she's the new owner).
George makes the best mimosas, always ready to smile and get you drinks and food. He is just the best.
The Lady, always welcoming and ready to engage in a nice conversation.
They also are never rushing to get you out the door. They want you to rest, relax and enjoy your time with them.“

“Nice, old-school diner with a reasonable price/size ratio and a decent variety on the menu. Yes, they have tangible menus -- none of that QR code crap (where you're not sure if it's sending your phone to a sketchy website). This place is family-owned and operated. The manager is very sharp, efficient and friendly. He's on top of the customers' needs without being overbearing. They know their customers and sometimes their orders too. I'll definitely be returning!“

“Nice old style diner in a strip mall near Citi Field. Needed a hot drink and some disco fries when we left the game, they had both. Lots of locals in the area by almost nothing residential. Fantastic friendly service. Old school charm. Food came out fast and hot. They made disco fries for us without any problem. A bit pricey but what isn't these days.“

“Smaller than some of the other diners around the area but to me seems to have slightly edgier food quality, worth the money over IHOP nearby. Portions are big enough even for 2 that don’t eat massive. Enjoy their good service and food with every visit.“

“the food is very good but I see that they have that back from their takeout menu from the way it used to be I usually get a cheeseburger deluxe and the price I never had a problem with it but now I have a problem with it because instead of a whole pickle I get too little pickle wedges I get a little cup of coleslaw and I do not get the sesame bun like I used to the food is still good but the things I just said takes away from it for the price I pay.“

“Ilona Lynch Stop 20 Diner is the absolute Best diner! They have the best, fattest anf tastiest burgers, which we had last night. I have been getting great meals from there for years, but last night was the first time I have ordered a burger from there, along with 2 good friends, and the burgers blew us away, along with the fries, being cooked to perfection. We have never had such thick burgers before at any diner ever, and they were so tasty and cooked to perfection. The onion rings were also excellent. A special thank you to the night manager, Manny for your service which went above and beyond! My 2 dear friends who were with me last night when you brought us our burgers also love the Food at Stop 20, and we send much appreciation and respect for your treatment of us, and the high quality of our meals!
