Ordered combo three and it came with ALOT of food. The pernil (roast pork) was great, the bistec was just ok. Good flavor but a little tough. Yellow rice and red beans were excellent. The platanos had good flavor but I like them a little wetter and softer. Oxtail was very good.

Empanadas were also solid. I’ve had better but these weren’t bad.

Not the best Dominican food I’ve ever had but this definitely satisfies a craving and nothing like it in the area.

There is a takeout line which snakes through the restaurant and that line is never empty. The wait staff can sometimes be super busy because they are covering a lot of tables but they are never impatient or brusque. Charged me separately for the stewed chicken and a bunch of sweet plantains in a container too when all I wanted was like 2-3 pieces of the sweet plantains in the same bowl as a lunch style and pay for just that.
