“I've been here a couple of times and the employees are always nice, it's always clean, and the food is always tasty. The Burger is a little small but it's the perfect taste and texture. And to be frank, the size is just enough for me, it's a smashed patty style of burger; thickness is not the goal. “I came here on a wednesday night with my wife after a day of travelling and our waitress Nia was very helpful. My wife had some questions about the menu and Nia was very knowledgeable. We don't eat out often and Nia helped us understand the promotions on the menu. The drinks were strong and did not taste watered down. Overall I am very happy with this experience. “We got to the White Plains Farmers Market a bit late and Gaucho Burger Company was already sold out! So we did one better, walked around the corner for a delicious lunch at the restaurant itself. One porcetta, chicken empanada, and a strawberry/goat cheese/field green salad and we had the PERFECT rainy, chilly day-off lunch. Delicious! DELICIOUS!!! I go to the market almost every Wednesday, but Chris had never had their food and it was a hit. New favorite!“

“Our server Matt provided us with a great experience. He was super patient with our family of 6 plus my sister in law. He even gave us a great suggestion that saved us a couple of bucks.

The food came out fast and was great. This really would’ve been a 5 star review had it not been for the manager/supervisor Jose. We had asked the hostess for a high chair and never received one. I had made eye contact with Jose for a minute or two and finally just flagged him down. Rather than just grabbing it himself he went to find the waiter who was busy punching in our order…just one suggestion Jose, lead from the front….support your staff and help fill in the gaps rather than talking up clients at the bar.“

My burger bun was hard as a rock, the bacon was hard and cold, my kids' broccoli was swimming in some weird oil like liquid, inedible, the chicken Mac& Cheese bowl tasted warm and seemed microwabable.....and we literally had to send back the wine carafe, it was BITTER!!! Needless to say a waste of money! Sorry, I wouldn't recommend, cute place but that is all.“
