Not going to lie from the outside it doesn't look that nice but different once inside. There are booths and it's really just a cozy place to have coffee, breakfast or lunch. I ordered the crab cake Benedict and the portion was very generous and it was delicious. I ordered silver dollar pancakes for my 3 year old (soooo many) ... and my mom had an omelette. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. Their coffee is delicious and I have yet to find a dish that I wasn’t satisfied with. Tried the corned hash with eggs and it was yum :) The chicken salad triple decker sandwich was also delicious. The food is always made fresh and super filling! They always attend to our needs and we can be needy at times with a fussy two year old. The food is always delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is perfection for mall dining. It is conveniently located next to a local Chinese supermarket and an elementary school. Fortunately, there is a parking lot that has tons of space available for free.The cafe is quite small and meant for a quick order and pick up, but there's some seating for a sit down. Indoor Sit down is only for 3-4 people. You can place your order either by walking in or calling ahead of time to pick up. I ordered lumpia and it was cooked right away just as I ordered it. It was fresh and crispy. Definitely homemade. One order comes with 5 pieces along with a sweet and sour sauce. The chicken bacon avocado wrap is filling with lots of vegetables and protein. Flavor wise, everything is quite balanced. The Hawaiian chia bowl had mangos, bananas and granola on top. It was just sweet enough and not overpowering. Decent portion. The lemonade was a bit too sweet for my liking. If you'd like flavored lemonade, expect it to be flavored syrup mixed with some lemonade. It's delicious but quite sweet. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a quick bite, but not really for a sit down spot.“

Didn’t see any other outlets around. Wouldn’t be a cafe I necessarily work from, unless it’s a very short stay. Food was great, had the Grande BLT sandwich with grilled chicken - the bacon jam and aioli inside gave it such a great flavor. Only thing I will say is that the chicken was a little dry. The fried crispy tortilla chips it came with were delicious! Not the healthiest granted but still yummy! Haha. My partner had the egg platter with turkey sausage, which he said was said was decent. The portions were great size. The only thing is you have to go to the register to place your order and pay, and they will bring your food out. Fair prices for what you get. They sell a bit of merchandise there too. Didn’t get to try their coffee this time, but may check it out another time if in the area. Cute decor. They seem to have regulars that go there, which says a lot about the spot.Parking: I went during the day where there was parking, just either metered or capped at two hours max. Right across the street from the RVC train station, hence all the meters (same applies to the back streets behind the cafe, limited time).“
