“I have went to many froyo store but this one takes the cake the store is always very clean and organized, the best thing about this store is the staff they are all very welcoming, one of the girl helped me open the door when I was having difficulty and they are very sweet to little kids always assisting them with amazing manners they are the sweetest and I can see that all the staff focus on cleanliness of their toppings and the way they deal with their products I definitely recommend this place

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

I did notice they also had Ferrero Rocher ice cream, which I asked the young ladies to try and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to Lynbrook just to try for ice cream here! I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. Once you finally make it to front & and purchase, the servers are nice & pleasant & more importantly respectful. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. If you do not want any water feeling the carvelanche is better. We can only do regular milk shake. We can not make milk shake as carvelanche. We got a lot of bad reviews because this but they do not mentioned the issue but mentioned mistakes or some other things. Just want to explain we can only do standard milk shake. We can not make milk shake as carvelanche. Please order carvelanche if that is what you really need.“

Best Smashburgers in the game, nice tender chicken with the right amount of crisp, fries that could possibly beat out McDonald's in the taste test and nobody is touching the shakes because they own that department.
