The brick oven crust is SO good. We loved the buffalo chicken pizza, their house wing sauce they use is unique, and it was a nice shake up to traditional buffalo sauce. Also their house red on our pepperoni pizza was fantastic! 😍“

“The food was the closest thing to my dear old Italian grandmother's. I commented to our server how the food tasted so authentic and learned the owner/chef is from the same small town in Italy as my grandmother. You could taste it in the food! The service was as good as the food. We left there feeling like we were just at a family dinner. It was our first time here and it's a 1.5 hour drive, but we will be back often. Highly recommend!“

The pizza and staff are very good and that continued.
No improvements to the interior were made; the same torn shredded carpeting is present with no upgrade.

The pizza is very good and the staff are nice and friendly. The dining rooms would be much nicer if they replaced the old worn-out, torn, stained carpeting. This presents trip hazards for customers. This drags down your dining experience and makes the place look really bad. The mens room door needs a cleaning.“

“As a longtime satisfied customer of Mark’s in Fairport, I didn’t think I could be more pleased with their service, but I was wrong. Tonight I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour I called because it never takes that long for a delivery. It turns out I messed up and did the online order for pickup, rather than delivery. I drove to the store and was greeted by the manager who informed me she was making me a new pizza because she didn’t want me leaving with a cold pizza. When I told her it was my fault and that wasn’t necessary she insisted I was getting a fresh, hot pizza. I was blown away!! In an age of horrible customer service, this young lady decided to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer even though the mistake was clearly my fault! I have been a customer of Mark’s for quite some time and this just proved to me why! Their slogan is “we treat you like family” and, as it turns out, this is not just a slogan but reality! Kudos to this young lady for what she did for me. It will not be forgotten and I will continue to patronize Mark’s as I always have. Thank you so much for your kindness!“

“Staff was quick and nice. Definitely a 95% takeout only as not really set up for dine in customers. But besides that I got buffalo pizza came out on time and not exactly my kind of pizza ,crust was thick and good a crunch. No flop,and sauce has a good flavor. Plenty of yummy cheese. Over all good flavor and enjoyed the pizza. Totally have it again“

“Quality of this Nima’s location is SO MUCH better than the Newark one.The pizza quality is just 10x better. They season and flavour the dough/crust and the cheese is actually fresh instead of rubbery chew from Newark’s.Service is also amazing here. The lovely lady is always so nice to me.“

One of the best subs I ever had. Bread was soft and loaded with Roast Beef a little messy like I like my subs. I ate the whole sub in the parking lot.“

cold sub for $10 plus a 20oz drink.
Here’s the truth…it was the best sub we’ve ever had and hubby is an expert.
Since we know the owner, we assumed he gave us the ultimate sub. Nope, when I called to thank him for the extra attention I was told that all the subs are made the same for everyone. Super impressed, highly recommend.“

“Had a free medium 1 topping discount card so we got pepperoni and added a dozen wings. Good pie! Love the cupped pepperoni. Ordered wings well done medium hot. Nice & crispy and got a side of hot hot sauce. Also ordered extra blue cheese and only got one. Guessing that wings don't come with blue cheese and celery? Overall good value and delicious food . “Wegmans family has built a gem and we love the store, but it was not a pleasant experience for this Christmas. To much virus what if drama, which the stores use to raise goods so high for the working class. No one is giving the working class huge government food voucher. So, does that give you the right to charge $45.00 a pound for scallops, or the high Cheese prices, meat?....There is no shortage.... The huge greed and "virus" drama only hurts the WORKER! How many people do you think makes $45.00 a hour to buy the scallops? So, ...this is the first time our family has went without the splurge of treats from your store. Yet, the government fed eat like a King!...'what a racket".! And your pocket is full.... And the Worker juggles and walks away from the treats! We greatly appreciate the store staying neutral on the "face diaper"!....No haphazard bin's to dispose the "germ" masks in?.... “I love going to Salvatore's. It started years ago when our father would take us for sub night. After working at his shop when we were little. I go there now for their Calzones and subs the food is great and you can't beat their daily deals!! I can make those 2 meals last me most of the week for work or at home. I'll have to take some more pics to show everyone the food. Now I take my own son to grab food weekly. Nothing bad to say about the establishment. The staff is friendly and on the spot.“

“These guys are amazing! Every time I go in to pick up my pizza, I leave in much better mood because everyone is so nice and smiley. Also, this is definitely my favorite pizza by far. I usually do couple of adjustments to existing pizzas (no mushrooms for me on a veggie pizza) and I always get what I ordered. “Crazy Tuesday Special $14.99 for a large with a topping is a pretty good deal! I can’t tell you the last time I was at the Canandaigua location because it was pretty awful the last time I was there. Iffy pizza and rude employees. Totally different story this time around. Not sure if they got a new manager or what but not only was the pizza pretty good and much better than before but the environment was totally different in a good way.
I did order “thin” crust and it wasn’t what I would consider thin but it was fine. Cup char pepperoni and as great. Good amount of cheese. Pretty solid and the price was right. Not a fan of the small slices though. I’ll request a 8 sliced pie next time and see if they do it.“
