“We had the best time at the Roosevelt! They are super dog friendly and treated our pup like one of their own. In addition, Luke was an incredible bartender. He made an amazing old fashioned and a fantastic espresso martini! What more can you ask for! We will definitely be back and can’t wait to have Luke make us more drinks!“

“This is one of my favorite spots to go in Beacon for tapas & drinks. I don't know what it is about this place, but I always find the best, most kind people at the bar. I end up yammering on for hours with strangers and we always become friends ... I truly believe that is the magic of Wonderbar and the amazing people they attract. Oh yeah, the drinks. Arguably, I believe you will find the most creative and some of the best cocktails in the entire HV here. I'm afraid by saying this it will be even harder to get a seat at the bar, but people need to know how great the team here is. Additionally, the food is excellent and fresh. Again, one of the best spots in Beacon. Excellent job Wonderbar“

“From the moment we walked in, the experience was excellent. We were seated within a minute and greeted immediately by a friendly, attentive server who offered to walk us through the specials and made sure we had everything we needed.
Service was impressively well paced—our appetizers arrived within minutes, and our main courses followed shortly after we finished them. It was clear the staff was attentive and communicating well with the kitchen.
The food was outstanding. My steelhead trout over couscous was cooked perfectly, and my wife’s New York strip steak was equally excellent. The homemade biscuits are a must—slightly sweet and completely unique.
We finished with a fun dessert: a root beer float for me and a great after-dinner drink for my wife. The relaxed atmosphere made it easy to enjoy our meal, and the live piano and bass playing jazz added a wonderful touch.
The bill was very reasonable, and we left completely satisfied.

“It’s rare to find a place where I come in for a quick bite but end up wanting more after every dish. I had a starter, main and dessert with two drinks to go with and I was both curious and impressed. I was taken care of by zack today, the attentive service and recommendations made were greatly appreciated. If your looking for something that is not only different but tastes great, I would recommend stopping by.“

“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! Thanks for providing our family with a great night out.“
