We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. “I’ve been following Titi’s for a while now and finally made my way to the store let me tell you it was so worth driving through traffic.

I ordered the oxtail ( so good make sure you use the juice )

I also ordered the chicken and cheese ( use the hot sauce) so good 10/10

I also ordered the cuben sandwich so good I wanted another one

Last thing I got was the cheesecake and guava I wish I would had ordered two.

This is a great place to visit the staff is friendly and welcoming I’ll be back for more.“

“I had a quarter chicken, “small” fried rice (gigantic), and a few more stuff by recommendation from the staff (lomo empanada, a drink??? It’s purple, and a cookie) EVERYTHING WAS SOOOO GOOD Please visit it’s out of the way but it’s worth it for the food and especially the green sauce!!!“

I have not had an entree here but ordered the empanaditas, not the biggest fan of them as I was expecting something with a bit more of colombia influence and received the total opposite. “I pass this place all the time but never thought to stop in. Big mistake! The other morning I finally decided to give it a try and ordered a late breakfast via DoorDash. I went with the Venezuelan Breakfast, and wow, it was incredible. The shredded beef was perfectly seasoned, the caraotas (black beans) were flavorful, and the arepa was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs and sweet maduros rounded everything out and made the meal so satisfying. Now I can’t wait to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve been walking past this restaurant/lounge for a while and finally decided to check it out this week to see what it’s really about. Since they aren’t vegan- or vegetarian-friendly, I wasn’t able to try the food, so my experience was mostly focused on the drinks, atmosphere, and overall vibe.

The seating area is nice, spacious, and has a groovy feel — it honestly reminded me a bit of Portland. The space feels comfortable, and they even have two bathrooms, which is always a plus. On weekends, it definitely seems popular; every time I’ve walked by, it’s been packed.

That said, the drinks for wine are pricey. Beer is about average at around $7, but the wine feels overpriced. “For some” Paying $15-17 for a glass of wine — makes it hard to justify when there are many good place around but my choice was Hide and Seek. The atmosphere is enjoyable, but there are a few quirks about the crowd and culture that didn’t fully click with me, yet.

August is a nice bartender, so remember the name of your bartenders. “Important”

“Just had a serious Venezuelan feast at Empanadas Mix 🇻🇪 and I’m still recovering like a champ. 💪
Walked in hungry… walked out questioning my life choices (in the best way). The Pepito Mix sandwich loaded with beef and chicken was basically a heavyweight champion between two pieces of bread. Then came the arepas—thick fried cornmeal shells stuffed with carne asada, pork belly, sweet plantains, special sauce, and a mountain of shredded queso. That’s not a snack… that’s a strategy for survival. 😅
Washed it down with fresh passion fruit juice and a cold Maltín Polar like a true gentleman of culture.
Shoutout to my waitress Paola, who patiently guided me through the menu while I pointed at everything like a kid in a candy store. The place is small, cozy, full of Venezuelan music, and the staff are incredibly kind.
Moral of the story:
Came for empanadas… stayed for the Venezuelan flavor knockout. 🥊🔥

They sell a variety of things, but let me be clear—the empanadas are the star of the show. Oh. My. Gosh. They are packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and BIG. You can literally get full off just one.

If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and try their empanadas. I have to warn you though: once you taste one from this spot, you’ll never be satisfied with an empanada from anywhere else. You’ll only crave theirs.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp so that a person in a wheelchair or other device that supports walking has the accessibility of being able to enter the premises without major difficulties.“
