“This is always a great place for dinner. The setting is elegant and has a quiet ambiance. The decor is a tribute to times past and a nostalgic New York. The staff is especially friendly and courteous. Nik took extremely good care of us tonight and made us feel like VIPs. The food was top tier, as always. The bone in ribeye had the right amount of sear and juiciness and flavor are perfect. The branzino was light and grilled to perfection. We had a wonderful experience and I would recommend Empire Steak House to anyone looking for an excellent dinner experience.“

“Went for Valentines. Set menu only. We asked for a la carte but wasnt an option. We had steak and sea bass. Both were tasty . Steak was on the rare side of medium. Massive portions!!! Big fish and 14oz filet .
Service was not great, had to ask for water and wine to be topped up.
Overall a big hearty meal but over priced for what it was.

( Of course, we swapped tastes of each other's steaks!) Needless to say both cuts were well prepared to our liking. The ambience was cool & mellow as well. A great spot for date night! Cons: My friend got the lamb skewers and they were overcooked. She did specify well done, but it was tough. we were the only ones in the restaraunt yet food did take a while to arrive. not too many options I liked for sides and wasn't a fan of the ones we got.
