“Upon my recent visit to Capo Ristorante, nestled at 700 A Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010, I was treated to an experience that tantalized my taste buds and warmed my heart. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Tesla Panini, a masterful blend of succulent grilled chicken, rich Parma ham, and velvety mozzarella, all nestled between slices of perfectly crisped Krispina bread and complemented by the peppery zing of baby arugula. It was, in every sense, a delight.

The appetizers did not play second fiddle, with the fried macaroni & cheese balls presenting a symphony of textures and flavors that were both comforting and indulgent.

But what truly set Capo Ristorante apart was their exceptional customer service. In celebration of our recent engagement, which we happened to mention in passing, the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert to accompany our takeout order. This thoughtful gesture was the cherry on top of an already splendid dining experience.

It's small businesses like Capo Ristorante that reinforce my love for those local spots where the quality of both food and service is deeply personal. Bajirak Kalguksoo’s soup was so good and the clams were very fresh 🙌 and my favorite was the Okonomiyaki pancake which is their signature dish 🤭

“Visited from Orlando,Florida and was in the mood for some Guyanese homemade food for brunch. We ate here and they had a wide variety of food options from doubles, cook up, bake and salt fish and various curries paired with The best tasting roti I have had in a long time. We ended it all off with some very tasty Pastries that are homemade in store. The owner Serita is very hospitable and made sure we had everything and that we were well taken care of! If you are ever in the Queens/Long Island area I highly encourage you to stop in for a hearty meal“

imo, pretty unique because i’ve never came across another restaurant that only serves one dish. but with all the raving reviews, i was expecting it to taste really really yummy. it was not the case in my personal opinion, but it was a very great experience nonetheless. INSANELY quick service with plenty of refills on the banchan (side dishes, which consisted of seaweed, kimchi radish, steamed eggs, jalapeños, and soybean paste)

overall, would recommend if you’re in the area! not so sure if it’s a place you’d make the trek to, though

You have got to come here, they just opened and need more customers. For the price, you get so much delicious meat and I want to go back again and enjoy the food. “We used Mama Soup catering for my little ones drive by birthday. An employee came and set up the soup kettles and sandwiches along with plasticware and to go packages. He was professional, quick, covid safe and so very nice. Not only did everything look great, smell amazing and taste delicious, it was the perfect set up for those who drove by and departed as well as for those who stayed. My family and friends couldn’t rave enough about the food. Those who stayed had seconds and even took leftovers home. The price was reasonable for the amount of food we had. “This was the place I had my first açaí bowl, and I loved it. I am addicted now and come here pretty often. The fruit is fresh in every season, and the staff here are very lovely. For the people that have never been to this place or haven’t even tried an açaí bowl and want to, I definitely recommend coming here. 😊“

“We always order using delivery apps though wanted to come in for the full experience. SO GLAD WE DID. First off, this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. That made me feel really happy. Now to the food! Came for the Taco Tuesday Special and so happy we did. We came very late in the evening so we missed the jerk chicken tacos though I was not disappointed in the jerk beef tacos. Such a great deal and it was delicious. These were the full size tacos, not the minis. Run don’t walk as I’m sure this deal wont last. We also ordered the fried fish and grits , we paid for extra for more fish and so goad we did. I didn’t expect a carribean place to be my new go to fish spot but here we are! We ordered the collard greens which were a little different than the southern style I’m accustomed to though had a spice to kick it up.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. They offered us samples of their new fresh made sea moss which was delicious and we grabbed more to take home.
