“I came here to order food on the go. I noticed there were eat outdoors as well as indoors. I ordered the turkey wing dinner, which comes with two sides. I decided to get the mash potatoes and mac & cheese for my side. It came to $19.54. The Turkey was juicey, and they provided gravey in the dishes.While waiting, I noticed they have special event such as Fish Fry Fridays!, Mother Day Special, and Sunday Brunches.Parking: There is a parking lot available by the restaurant.“

“I was craving collard greens - and looking for a new place to try. I found Village BBQ on line and was impressed with the reviews so off I went. Randy the owner is not only the nicest guy but a fantastic chef! He and his wife run the business. I had his brisket (at his insistence!) Delicious! Sweet potatoes and collard greens. Customer next to me raved about the banana pudfing so I added that too. All 5 star!!! Very happy I took the chance on a place in a gas station!!“

“My daughters and I ordered last night and they said to give you 5 stars. They loved your chicken strips and I love your mash! It was all yum. Will definitely order again and tell our friends. Oh & the lemonade we loved! The best I've had.“

“I stopped looking for soup, because I wasn't feeling well. They did not have any, but they were kind enough to point me to another deli that had some (not that great), and I was thankful. I have to return here to support their business.“

“The place is nice and homely. We got there when it opened and we were seated immediately on a rainy Saturday. As soon as we were seated I felt like I was in my own house. Food took time to come out we were a party of six. Allowed us good time for conversation. Cornbread came out first. Food and service was on point. I don't eat seafood out but tried the Fried whiting that came with grits, home fries, and eggs. All healthy size portions. Lemonades we're off the hook, homemade I think. Didn't have any of the cocktails. I'll try them out next time. The place is nice and clean TVs are all around. Gary our server was very friendly. “I've visited this location between 5-6 times. Portions are always good, food is consistently tasty, seasoned well, never over or undercooked. I suggest the Baked Chicken it's always yummy, also the Fried Fish is very good. I usually get the Baked Mac and Cheese and Rice for sides. (MAC is one if my favorite things to eat and they definitely know how to make it! Probably best mac around here ive had) My boyfriend gets the Candy Yams and he absolutely loves them. To top it off the cornbread (always soooo goood) and if u happen to get a drink, fruit punch!“

“I really want to ask them if they knew my Mama, cause if I were to close my eyes I could swear my Mama made the meal. We just ordered Salmon w/Cold Slaw and Turkey Wings with Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese, Candi Yams. These talented people sure know how to prepare a Southern Home Cooked meal!
