I’ll start out with the drinks… absolutely amazing. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to whiskey and whiskey cocktails so I was skeptical when I saw the Nonino Essence (Bourbon, rye, amaro nonino, cinnamon, orange, angostura) as it was a combo of rye and bourbon… the drink was insanely good. Perfect balance of sweetness from the bourbon and spices from the rye, angostura and cinnamon.

The pizza selection was spot on. We ordered several of the pies and all were amazing. My personal favorite was the Piccante (the hot honey is a hitter!)

Not only were the food and drinks great but the staff was just as great! Super attentive and an absolute pleasure.

There’s a piece of me that wanted to gate keep this spot because I know it’s going to be tough to be able to get a seat there soon but I have to give them props on checking all the boxes needed to make a great night out successful.“

“We’ve been here several times, and they have the best Caesar salad in the city. As for the pizzas, I’m still undecided. You can’t go wrong with a classic, but the other options seem a bit lackluster. The dough is perfect but they can work on taste.

“This restaurant is the best place for neapolitan pizza outside Italy! Ordered the bee sting pizza Margherita with spicy honey and prosciutto. It was delicious and the first time in a long while that I've consumed an entire 14 inch pizza by myself in a single setting! Of course it helped that I washed it down with a tall glass of Three's local brew pilsner. The service says friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal.“

“Low key might be your best slice in Bushwick/Ridgewood. It bests Robertas and Ops easily yet doesn't get the hype of either of the latter. They also have better appetizer options like a mint watermelon salad that we devoured before taking a picture. The pizza hits all the marks of a good pie and then goes a step beyond with a similar price point to Robertas. This is a great spot that's out of the was but absolutely worthy of the trip.“

This pizzeria impressed me with its mouthwatering pizza and friendly staff. The slice I had was bursting with flavor, and the crust was perfectly cooked. The service was attentive, despite the crowded atmosphere. However, be prepared for a lively environment, which might not be ideal for everyone.“

“Have been meaning to try this pizza store for a while. Looks so clean from the outside. Wow, I was impressed! Food is priced competitively with the pizza stores in the area (both non-kosher and kosher). Seating was really nice + had outdoor seating. Slices were very good, generous with the cheese on top and had a good crust. We also got sushi. Pleasantly surprised and happy to have a gem like this in the neighborhood. Wishing them hatzlacha!“

“We went in specifically because it showed has being halal. Halal choices on our day was limited. Pizza overall was not bad.

“I've been trying to visit this spot for some time now, but there were always hours wait lines whenever I would be in the area. One lucky Sunday I got my first chance.

I was immediately greeted upon walking in ( appreciated, especially since the counter server was ringing up 2 people while answering questions of a third) and I immediately ordered what all my friends told me to get- curry oxtail slice. I also ordered a chopped cheese slice out of curiosity- I love a chopped cheese!

The oxtail slice has absolutely nothing about it beyond the fact it's served on a triangle shaped slice of bread. That being said, this is the most delicious and unique slice of pizza I've ever had. The oxtail is soft, tender, bountiful, amazingly flavorful- this oxtail tail is better than a lot of the braised oxtail I've had at different Caribbean restaurants throughout Brooklyn. I honestly wish I had a slice in hand right now.

The chopped cheese slice was equally amazing- generous amounts of meat and cheese, seasoned well, and a little bit of heat. It's as good as some of the chopped cheeses I've had around the city (can't compare to the Bronx, haven't had any there yet)

I know they've been successful enough that they've started opening other locations. Gonna try the East Village Cuts & Slices next!“

“One of my favorite places in the city for some proper Italian pizza pie. A nice neopolitan style thin crust, with fresh mozzarella and delicious marinara sauce. The atmosphere and service are excellent and this place has just gotten busier since it opened its doors a few years ago. It's in my neighborhood and go in for negroni sbagliato and pizza fix.“

I really liked the addition of the basil leaves on top of their pies for a fresh taste! The Margherita Pie was good, but could've used more garlic. The Pepperoni slice was tasty, as the oil from the pepperoni helped with the drier bread. Highly recommend the Salsiccia pie - the spiciness wasn't overpowering and the ricotta + sausage was so good!! **TIP: Add hot honey on your slice for another layer of yumminess!
Small portion of salad - do not recommend. The pasta is nothing special for the price.“

“Everyone’s right. The pizza is great. Thick, heavy, sturdy, flavorful dough. Deep tomato sauce (not the tangy fresh shit), nice orange oil from the cheese and the pepperoni is good.

Update: a year later and it’s still incredible. I’ve noticed most pizza places are making their pizzas so thin you have to check the box to make sure anything’s in there. Not Reg’z. I ordered a Supreme last week and thought my arm was going to fall off bringing it home. I LOVE REG’Z“

“Went for a late dinner last night at the location in Dyker Heights and so glad we did. We had the specials: Rigatoni with braised shredded Short ribs and Reggiano Parmigiano and Escarole and white beans sautéed with fresh garlic and Extra Virgin Olive oil w roasted Atlantic Salmon. It was delicious! This restaurant never disappoints and the food is always consistent and on point. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes dining here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend La Villa in Dyker Heights!“

Mr and mrs erivk are great people and I can’t get enough of the grilled eggplant and their salads and the desserts are a temptation of their own. “There’s so many pizza spots in the area, but Chiara’s is for sure one of my favorites. I just love how creative they get with their specialty slices/pies - you for sure won’t find the same thing elsewhere. You could never go wrong with one of their traditional slices (especially the margherita) since their sauce is so good. The owner Neal is a cool dude and genuinely enjoys seeing his customers happy.
