“We were out and about in Hudson today and we were a little hungry so we stopped into kitties and I had probably one of the best egg sandwiches I ever had. I highly recommend the egg sandwich with sauerkraut. The vibe in there was very comfortable iced coffee Was nice and strong. They had a great bakery selection and a lot of local products. So if you’re coming out of the train station in Hudson, I say swing by kitties you won’t be sorry.“

“A main street favorite! The food is great. I'm partial to the delicious (vegan) yogurt. Fantastic options for vegans and health aware focus. A wide array of drinks including a delicious cappuccino. Great space to lounge in (they even have an old arcade machine!) or to take your drink to go. Lauren and the staff are super friendly too.“

“Super excited to have this next door to work! the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming both over the phone & in person. delicious smoothies and coffee and even better food. “Stopped in for lunch today and really enjoyed the delicious chicken salad wrap and side salad 🙂. Not only was the food great, but the service was so pleasant — Alicia was my server and couldn’t have been nicer and so sweet. She suggested the chicken salad wrap and I’m so happy that I followed her recommendation — looking forwsrd to returning soon.“

“We had a most extraordinary Sunday brunch at The Maker Cafe yesterday. We were there by chance, around 1 pm, and are so glad we found this lovely spot with a most attentive staff. We're not spring chickens, and we much appreciated the help getting seated, the delicious butternut squash soup, the fabulous eggplant alla parmgiana sandwich, the broccoli salad. Thanks to you all - we loved it, and we look forward to coming to the restaurant some evening soon.“

“Coffee is delicious but when there’s only one barista working the line can get 4-5 people deep and take a while for specialty drinks. I love that they offer to go cups or real mugs if you’re drinking in house. It’s a very chill place for co-working or grabbing a coffee while walking on main street.“

“I think Starbucks of the old ruined us all for how we think a coffee shop should “feel”. Coffee is above average here, but a little inconsistent. Overall vibes inside are no bueno. Grab your coffee and go. If it feels like they forgot to make it, remind them, because their system is to have no system. Food is hit and miss. The breakfast sandwich is a 10/10 though.“

“Lovely spot. Very cozy and comfortable for hanging out with multiple lounge/seating areas. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. We had a chai and a black coffee. I love their coffee mugs.
The place is also dog friendly, so you can bring your well-behaved pups.“
“I ordered the whole wheat sourdough in NC. This bread is absolutely delicious even though it’s shipped so far! So glad I found bread alone for a great tasting sourdough with only real ingredients and a great price!“
