The chef is brilliant, creative, and does things with pork belly that normal chefs would rave about! The entire menu is amazing. And that menu changes 4 times a year—depending on, yes, the season. “Giving Sunrise 5 stars as compared to other fast food chinese take out. They are consistent & fast every time we order from them. We normally request less salt & oil & they’re pretty reliable with our requests. Called in an order at 3:30 which is whn their lunch menu ends and they honored their lunch prices. So yup, they are our go to chinese food in this area.“

“The Gemelli challenge! Catering for 140 people on a 96 degree day and with the humidity feeling around 100 degrees. Perfect day for a big bbq........ well Gemelli’s made this hot day even “hotter” in a good way! Everyone left full and enjoyed everything from the salads to the perfectly cooked burgers, hotdogs, filet mignon , shrimp kabobs and amazing ribs with the secret Gemelli bbq sauce! Gemelli’s authentic pizza man Raffaele bared the heat and made pizza’s in our brick oven to everyone’s delight! A special shoutout to the staff who performed under these conditions with a smile and great attitude! Thank you Gemelli for exceeding our expectations and not only rising to the challenge but making our day extra special! “Truly a hidden gem! The owner/ chef is truly the sweetest and has worked very hard to make it to this point. The food is made to any specifications requested, accommodatng many different dietary restrictions! The staff is working very hard always! We ate South Indian, Indo Chinese, and Punjabi - all of it was wonderful.
Yes it's a small space, but the food is absolutely worth the wait. And if you can't wait, get take out!

“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!“

“All vegan except for fish, which is kept on a separate steam table. The food is all pre-made and kept hot on a steam table, so service is quick. The service is extremely friendly, and the workers are happy to explain the dishes to you. They are also knowledgeable about what is soy-free/spicy/etc. The medium plate was $16.50 and the food is so good that you will think about the meal months later. It was worth every penny. I cannot wait to go back!“

“This the 2nd time I was here and they do not disappoint. The 1st pic was the pork soup, the 2nd pic which is fron my 1st visit was the wonton soup which is my favorite. The pork one is good, but the soup tastes like gravy it was a bit much for me. And the 3rd pic is the chips very light I luv love them. Oh, and I had a glass of mohito“

“The Cuban sandwich with 2 sides Is so delicious I Have been craving it for over ten years now since I Moved Out of town And I have never been disappointed by anything That I have ever had there and I was literally a regular customer there for over five years in a row I was just so hungry and I had to make it my daily lunch break Order and it was so good to have a seat at one of the tables and Take my lunch break and enjoy my lunch break with a leisurely seat at a little table. By the soda fridge and then I was done eating lunch and I had cooled off enough to get back to my work and finish for the day and then I went home with my full belly And complete satisfaction with my lunch and what I ate. I have been recommending this As the best BBQ place for miles and now It’s become a very popular destination among the friends and family who have taken my recommendations. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. “Healthy, Delicious, and Made with Care- I’ve made the shift from traditional fast food to healthy, relatively fast food — and this place has made that change not only easy, but enjoyable. The salads are always fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. Their attention to detail is exceptional.

They take the time to get things right, every time — whether it’s making sure my own salads are chopped just the way I like (finely, but never mushy), or going above and beyond to create a special, unchopped “social” salad for my young grandson, complete with perfectly placed grilled chicken, avocado, and egg on a warm bed of grains.

On top of the great food, the team here is warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Staff members Sim and Swendy consistently show thoughtfulness and care.
And if I’ve forgotten to mention someone by name, please know your kindness and care have not gone unnoticed.

“As always I give this restaurant 5 stars. Met friends for dinner on Sunday night. The service is exceptional. All of us had something different and we all enjoyed our food. My friend did a price fixed with filet of sole and said it was delicious. The brussel sprouts appetizer was excellent. We also started with fried calamari, though small portion, was good. I had a hamburger which was huge with the onions and musrooms. The burger was cooked to perfection. The other two in our party also finished their food. It was very quiet so we were able to communicate easily with our friends.“

Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. My family will be forever grateful - five stars and 2 thumbs way up from me and my family members. :)“
