“Upon entering, I was thoroughly impressed by the elegant dining room. I was promptly greeted, and my order was taken with precision. I selected the chicken finger dinner, while my wife chose the fish fry dinner. Both dishes were exceptional. Unfortunately, my nephew consumed the majority of my meal, though I did manage to enjoy a few bites. We will certainly be ordering from this establishment again.“

“I’ve been to a lot of Italian pizza restaurants in Ontario, and the pizza here is some of the best. It’s an unsuspecting small place, but Lorenzo knows what he is doing.
The dough is soft, airy in the crust and very digestible with a thin yet tasteful centre. It is top notch. I got the buffalina, and despite the simplicity it is amazing, and was wood fired extreme quickly, even for Neapolitan.
The dough is a 9.7/10 and same as the pizza. If you want an authentic, expertly made pizza from a talented chef, go here. The pizzas are beautiful yet simple.“

“First time there. My daughter had the Smokey Eggplant Curry and it was outstanding, I had the Smoked Salmon with Goat Cheese which was incredible. The service is out of this world, and the atmosphere is delightful! If there were ten stars to give, The Lighthouse would surely deserve that.“

“Had the best dinner out in a very long time. Sea Bass special. Not sure I would have ordered it if the dish was written out. Too many things added in that I ultimately didn't know what they were. Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. Our first Buffalo-destination in July 2025 was a "bar" known for their creation of Buffalo-wings. When we return in July 2026, JT's will be our first Buffalo-destination for wings. “Was at zappis on Saturday September 6th with my husband and son. My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

The chicken finger wrap was good, although we'll get it as a sub next time because the bread was so good. Garlic bread has tomatoes, which I love and not a super strong garlic flavor. Hand cut fries we're on point. The soup was gazpacho and if you like your gazpacho blended, it's worth a try. They sell a board game, which is super random, but the staff explained they created the game. I'm not much into the board games, but he was really knowledgeable about it and I gotta say, I'm considering checking it out. Friendly, delicious great prices. “This pizza is the best I’ve had in a long time. The pesto pizza had fresh mozzarella and tomatoes (a treat!) and was served piping hot. The crust was well done, but I can’t think of many people who would call it thin. The bacon and sprout pizza was also really nicely done. Either of those pizzas could have fed two people who weren’t giant pigs. All around great experience.“
