“Just about everything is good here. The only thing I cannot recommend is the lemon chicken rice soup, which to my taste has too much lemon - but that’s only one person’s opinion. The lunch rush is just that - a lunch RUSH; the place is extremely crowded on weekdays from about 12 noon to 1:30. But if you’re willing to wait you won’t regret it.“

“Amazing food and service! We had 8 people so we got one of the private rooms. We ordered about 12 dishes and they all came out relatively fast. Definitely get the Peking duck; they cut the duck in front of you and display it really nicely. The Juqi fried rice is also really cool and represents the coal stoves of the past. 10/10 recommend this place, especially for large parties.“

the grapefruit yakult drink was also good, and they have a good selection of ingredients.

“The food that I got for takeout was amazingly good!!!! I got the butter chicken, garlic naan bread, and gulab jamun. I also got the mango lassi drink, and it was really good too! “I love Annam Brahma. I’m blessed to live nearby. The food is delicious, and the desserts are to die for.

Vegetarian options: Masala dosa is my favorite. It’s like a potato pancake and gluten free. Then there is the chapati roll up with lots of cooked vegetables inside and a salad. The taste is indescribable, and some of the dishes, if requested, have a touch of Indian spices.

Dietary restrictions: I am happy that they have many gluten free options. Annam Brahma has only vegetarian food. The desserts are homemade.“

“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!“

We scored one of the two tables there and were able to decide which of the other slices to bring home...it was like a pizza candy store. We didn't finish our pie so brought home two slices, and I wanted to try John's sicilian, I couldn't leave there without a Detroit Red slice and Tony wanted the multi cheese white pizza...every pizza we tried was perfect! something about the dough. The sauce. The cheese. The dough for the Sicilian and the Detroit Red was light and perfectly crunchy on the bottom. Flavor out of this world. We drove from White Plains just to try Pizza Fenice. worth the trip.“

“The local TGIFridays I had been going to for 10+ years closed down. I decided to travel abit further out to go to Friday’s “one last time.” But my server Fabia changed my mind. She was friendly and funny. Told me about recent updates to the menu and the food was as good as always. My experience made me realize that traveling a bit further wont be so bad after all.“

“All vegan except for fish, which is kept on a separate steam table. The food is all pre-made and kept hot on a steam table, so service is quick. The service is extremely friendly, and the workers are happy to explain the dishes to you. They are also knowledgeable about what is soy-free/spicy/etc. The medium plate was $16.50 and the food is so good that you will think about the meal months later. It was worth every penny. I cannot wait to go back!“
