“We went there for Sunday early dinner and it was fantastic. Since the other Mexican restaurant in great neck closed, we thought we would try it. Everything was authentic and delicious. The service was good, and even though it has a very humble look to it, it's clean and fresh. We were happily surprised and would return. The nachos with chicken were great, and the breis tacos were killer. Try it you will like it. ?“

I pass this place on my way to work every day so I was always curious about it but never went until I had a crazy craving for quesadillas that wouldn’t be satisfied by Taco Bell or a generic restaurant. I found this restaurant through a TikTok video that mentioned they serve barbacoa de chivo (tender goat meat) on weekends—so I decided to take my dad here for Father’s Day. We ordered the birria tacos with handmade tortillas, and let me tell you… those tortillas are a 10/10—absolutely worth it!

My dad got the ribeye, and he gave it a solid 10/10 as well. Of course, we came for the barbacoa, and it did not disappoint. Words can’t describe how good it was tender, flavorful, and unforgettable.

The drinks were also amazing. My mom loved the tamarind, and I personally went for the Jamaica. Both perfectly refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness to complement the food.

To top it all off, we had the homemade flan and churros absolutely delicious.

But what really made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Shoutout to Alex and Paulina for taking the time to explain the menu and make sure everything was perfect from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Their hospitality was top-tier.

This is a family-owned Mexican restaurant that I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area—or even if you have to make a little trip. It’s so worth it! 🙌🏼🌮🇲🇽“

It’s $4.5 taco but it feels like a $3 portion.
Should be around $20-30 per person with a drink, if alcoholic most likely $30-40.

Overall a good experience, if you wanted to tacos and more for your buck, prob food trucks are a better option.“
