“This Shake Shack is decent. The food is good, like all Shake Shacks, and the employees were amazing. The only downside was that it took about 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. It's still a good option for food in the New Baltimore Service Area.“

“I love the service. The food is ALWAYS delicious. I’m a sucker for their omelettes. I love a good window seat and to write while I’m there. It’s always clean and everyone is friendly and I love watching all the families and regulars come in with their kids or grand parents. The coffee is good. The parking is endless and they have a ramp for anyone needing the use of it. Desserts galore in tall fridge as soon as you walk in — you can always grab that to go after you finish your meal. Large portions. Excellent prices. I love the place!!“

Perfect margarita and guacamole with house made crisp chips. Dinner was vegetable enchiladas filled with broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower floret. This dish was topped with melted cheese, fresh cotillo cheese and house made tomatillo sauce. The sauce was sweet with a bit of a kick! All served by accommodating, friendly staff. “We ordered takeout from this Italian restaurant several times and had the dinners delivered to the James Newbury Hotel nearby. The portions were large, tasty and well prepared. Delivery was quick. We enjoyed the chicken and veal dinner choices and the salads. The staff was friendly and helpful on the occasion we stopped in to place our order for a later delivery time. They were accommodating to us with food allergies and made sure we stayed safe. Thank you Danielle for your help and upbeat attitude.“

They always go out of their way to check if they have eggplant for my favorite dish (beef w/ eggplant & garlic sauce.“
