They also have very good steaks for the carnivores out there for one or two people(no need to go into the city to a steakhouse when this restaurant is in the heart of Hartsdale NY, across from metro north! Benny makes the best drinks! They also have a "Really Good Happy Hour"! Whatever you choose you will not be disappointed!“

“Everything was great. Food, Service etc. Even the macchiato (no, not the chain coffee shops type, but a real one) was very good. Calamari appetizer was some of the best I've had. I had chicken [don't remember the name :) ] and it was very good. What was a surprise, is that when dishes come with a 'side' of pasta, restaurants use a bland 'marina' sauce. I never care for any of them... .but Pas-Tina's was very good and I enjoyed it. Desserts were also very good. I only had one disappointment, i.e. I am a gin drinker and hoped for a little better gin i.e. Hendricks. However, they do have Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray so I really didn't suffer :)“

“I am giving one star just to write this review. This place is a ZERO. I went in today to pick up a large order that had been paid for. Right away, it was wrong. We asked for each container to be wrapped in plastic, and it was not. Now, this is Yonkers, which takes forever to get anywhere, so I left with only a partial order because I was told that was all. I was picking it up for my family and hadn't placed the order myself. I asked if it was everything because i had a full order list in a text, i was told yes thank you and goodbye. 10 minutes after leaving, I was informed that "I" forget the pizza in the order. It was never given to me. I traveled 10 minutes back to pick up COLD PIZZA, They didn't even make us new pies! Old cold, hard pizza! Now my other food is cold as well. Another 25 minutes, and I finally got this food home. It was flavorless, cold, just the worst. I know you know who this is. You owe my father a full refund for that horrible food.We have been customers for years, and this is how we were treated. What a shame.“

Food was outstanding.
We started with special mixed seafood in 2 large clam shells.
Dining partner had softshell crab (2) over linguini and he said it was the best softshell crab prep he ever had.
I had Chilean Sea Bass in a lobster bisque sauce with sweet potato crust over spinach.
Finished the meal with tartufo. Rich dark chocolate shell.
The chef has a flare for bringing out flavors with his combinations.“

“Phenomenal from start to finish!! We were lucky to have the place to ourselves for an early dinner. Dani, co-owner & chef, greeted us with a warm welcome. You could tell right away she had a genuine interest in making our experience special. We started out with a creamy, simple burrata that came with homemade focaccia. The bread was SO perfect. We each had salmon with Israeli couscous and broccolini. The salmon was cooked to perfection and paired nicely with the wine suggested by Dani. Then dessert…it was so difficult to pick just one!!! So we got three! Ana, the other owner, is the evil genius behind the to die for desserts!! Tiramisu, mascarpone cheesecake (we took it to go) and an apple cider donut with vanilla ice cream. (The donut was so absolutely divine that my boyfriend ordered a second serving!!) And can I just say the cappuccinos were on point! My mouth is watering just thinking about it all again! I hope others visit and enjoy the fabulous food, service and atmosphere at Mambo. We don’t live around the corner, but will definitely make the drive back because the whole experience was just that good. I wish Dani and Ana much success. “I took my family to la riserva last week. We had an amazing dinner. My girls loved the pasta fagioli!!! They also enjoyed their meals; pasta with marinara and the chicken parmigiana with green beans. My husband and I equally enjoyed our meals. The service was great. Our waitress was knowledgeable and everything came out in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend la riserva to my friends.“

We ordered from the special prix fixe menu that had so many great choices, it was hard to choose.
We settled on the scallops over polenta and the spring rolls with teryaki to start, and the panko horseradish flounder and grilled shrimp salad. Desert was the poached pear with raspberry sorbet.
Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wait staff is friendly and extremely efficient, and just make dining there such a terrific experience!“

“The food here is excellent. Started with the artichokes and burrata, super fresh, super flavorful. Perfect sized dishes to start. We then had the mussels special and eggplant dish. Both fabulous. For mains we had the sea bass and lamb parpadelle, incredible! Braised for 9 hours, it was delectable. The service is wonderful, everyone is so kind. The restaurant is beautiful inside, perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to go back and try new menu items.“
