They have a lot of options on the menu too, not just pizza. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is always great. If you’re in the area and want something good to eat, I would definitely recommend Pizza Grill.“

The Caesar salad I ordered was absolutely incredible — perfectly chopped, super fresh, and coated in the most rich, creamy dressing that had just the right balance of tangy and savory. Every bite was consistent, flavorful, and honestly one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had in a long time.

What really made the visit even better was the service. DiBonan and Malachi were both amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and brought such a positive energy to the whole experience.

“Mario’s Metro Pizza completely changed what I expected from a pizzeria. We came in for a full tasting and every single dish overdelivered. The chicken scarpariello was the standout, juicy chicken smothered in a sauce with real depth, sausage and thin cut potatoes mixed in, plated like something from a sit down Italian restaurant rather than handed over a counter. The vodka rigatoni with fresh burrata was another surprise, creamy, rich, and not something you expect to find at a pizza shop. The Philly cheesesteak pizza and hot honey pepperoni with vodka sauce were both excellent as well, and the hot honey and buffalo wings are made completely from scratch in house.

Beyond the food, the hospitality stood out. The owners, two brothers with over a decade of experience in kitchens across Westchester and New York City, took over a pizzeria that had been a neighborhood staple for decades and elevated it without losing that local feel. You can tell everything is made fresh and with real care.

If you are in New Rochelle and think you already know what a pizzeria can offer, this place will prove you wrong. Highly recommend.“

“I took my family to la riserva last week. We had an amazing dinner. My girls loved the pasta fagioli!!! They also enjoyed their meals; pasta with marinara and the chicken parmigiana with green beans. My husband and I equally enjoyed our meals. The service was great. “The poke bowls at this place are SOO GOOD! I am avid poke bowl lover, but sometimes they can be hit or miss, especially when it comes to a more take out style supposed to ordering one at a restaurant. But when I tell you the Miso Salmon poke bowl I ordered was one of the best bowls I’ve ever ate I would be far from lying. They also have really good bubble tea there, and the workers are very nice. “I just got a couple slices after running some errands. The pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had- cooked perfectly, crust wasn’t too crunchy or soft, had great flavor. The service was amazing. The man asked every customer if they wanted salt, pepper, parmesan for their table and asked each family who came in with small children if they wanted their pizza less hot and/or cut smaller for them.
