“My experience at Carvel's was a positive one .The young lady that served me was professional and pleasant. The ice cream was fresh and tasty as ALWAYS! However, I was disappointed that the Egg nog flavored ice cream wont be out until next month.“

“Among the best dessert on this side of Jamaica. So many options! From Belgian waffles to bubble style, crepes stuffed or glazed donuts, cones, cups, etc to start. Then you get to the ice cream, signature options, my goodness. Absolutely superb. Service was friendly even at midnight and with a long line! The staff was patient, attentive and seem like they enjoy what they do. The spot itself is very clean, limited seating but what you would expect at a dessert spot. You would not be disappointed.“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either.They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)“

He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“The Bellmore Carvel is very special. The amount of love and care put into my son's birthday cake exceeded my expectations. Amanda is so talented and you can tell she is passionate about designing cakes. She even called me personally to ask if she could alter the cake a bit from the image I provided. We reserved a table for Valentines Day and had a wonderful meal consisting of crab cakes, fried shrimp, French fries, vegetables and, for dessert, fresh homemade strawberry shortcake – reservations are rarely needed! “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“It’s not just Wednesday is Sundae at Carvel .. any day is great for a Sundae ! Was given a sample cup of the Strawberry Soft Serve because I said I had never had it before .. it was amazing. “Ice cream on the beach. Thank you for being here. Every time we drive by I know one thing that makes me happy enjoying your ice cream while walking along the beautiful long beach. It is romantic for both the heart and the senses.

I enjoyed two scoops as the sun kissed the sky at sunset with birds playing in the gentle waves. But the ice cream melted so quickly that I barely had time to take a photo. I had to eat it fast and it started dripping onto my hands just a few steps down the beach. I wish it were a bit firmer like a popsicle so I could enjoy it more slowly.“
