“Been going to this mcdonalds a few weeks now, i have to say i am very impressed. Its on the way to work very convenient being so close to the bridge, anyway, food is always 100 percent. In the mornings my hash are always hot and crispy ive compared with other mcdonalds and this one comes out on top. Not only do they always neatly place the food in the bag but my drinks are always topped sometimes overflow! Better alittle more than alittle less. Service is always amazing, ive had technical issues before and they are always worked out. Every time i come around its always a wave of smile in there, i understand workers have their days, people are people! This mcdonalds is a great spot to hit up to get some great quality food, seriously, always clean, would recommend enjoying a meal at this spot.

Kid-friendliness: Workers love keeping the kids happy! Personally ive observed workers going out of their way to get a kid a special toy to make them happy or make any simple mistake with an order right.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple places spotted that wheelchairs can ride up, there are some floor matts inside vestibules, but accessibly is very open“

Parking: This location has its own parking lot, which is about 20 feet from the entrance. There is also a drive up window if you don't want to go inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap ramp for individuals with walkers, canes or wheelchairs. However I don't believe the door is a handicap accessible door (I.E. a button that opens the door. I could be wrong.)“

My mother was from England so I've had many pasties in my trips over there and this brought back the flavors that I remembered. I will definitely be making a return trip.“

“I love the morning shift at this dunkin’. The girls on drive through are so sweet they could melt your heart. Zach (only ones name that I know) is always keeping his co-workers smiling and never fails to greet us when we walk in the door! I really have to get better with names because I can see at least three other smiling faces that are there in the morning.. that seriously make my day every time I pull into that building! There is also two other guys that work a little later in the afternoon that we absolutely love the one is usually in front end he has like almost strawberry blond maybe LIGHT brown hair. We love him too. Just wanted to say thank you guys. I made a post but then realized I should also leave a review. I really hope these kids get recognized for their hard work and their dedication to making Dunkins customers love walking in there. Me and my husband, avid Dunkin drinkers… and I have never loved the whole entire staff at any Dunkin I’ve ever been too! “I went on 10/22/2024 to the location on Albany Street in Poughkeepsie N.Y. Today is my mom Birthday we had a party of seven. When we arrived we were told they don't have big table for our size party. They managed to add a table. The food was a 1.5 Everyone fries were over cooked the chicken was dry not a bit of Honey was tasted on the sandwiches. Tap water warm little to barely no ice. It took over 30 minutes to receive our meals no bread sticks salad nothing offered while we waited. It was a HORRIBLE DINNER. We asked if they have any Bday specials were told No. Do you sing Happy Birthday No. Mind you we were told by the person that recommended the place said they do sing Happy Birthday. I'm starting to feel it was a racial situation. Yet we still left tips. The Family had to go find Food upon leaving. The server was great it was her second day. I wish her well“
