They build great sandwiches and do their best keeping the ingredients fresh!The staff great you as you arrive and after getting food there a few times they will remember you. The manager and staff are polite, pleasent and are excellent in serving the customers. They try their best to keep the eating area clean, but there are some very sloppy patrons that leave all their refuse on the tables, but the workers clear away quickly. We tried the BEC (bacon, egg and cheese) on Croissant and it was delicious! The croissant was hot and fluffy. The bacon was crisp and the cheese was warm and melty. We all split one and had to go back for another. I also tried the black drip coffee — it’s standard but has a good dark roast flavor. I drink americanos usually, so this was a bit dark for me but personally it’s way better than a black coffee at Starbucks.“

I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. The staff at this location is very kind. They are most helpful and patient when it comes to placing multiple orders. The wait time is not too long. It really depends on the order and the longest I’ve spent in the store is 10 minutes due to a large order. I’ve come here several times and bought multiple sandwiches at the same time and they never got impatient, rather they waited patiently and sometimes offered their suggestions on what to pair with the sandwich. They also make sure to have fresh food available for customers to order. The vegetable and bread is fresh every time I’ve come here to order.

The hospital is not too far away from here and it might be the closest subway in the vicinity. It can get busy during lunch hours since many people may want to have a sub or soup. With that being said, it’s really important to have the right people working at this location and it is spot on.

They have plenty of seating and it is also very clean. Hands down one of the nicest staff I’ve seen in Subway franchise. Parking may be an issue based on when you arrive however we’ve been lucky to get street parking right on the block every time we’ve come here.

Again, the employees make the restaurants much easier to revisit and invest in as the ingredients may be the same at every franchise however it is definitely the experience that makes the customer wanting to come back to a specific location.
