“I just got my Twins 21st Birthday this last Saturday I will say yes I do recommend it because of the delicious food , accommodation, tables set up, bartender and servers ( kind and warm), the bartender was on beyond my expectations but They need to hire another hostess who is willing to help, follow instructions and get better management floors My guests were lost sitting on any table when I approached to her at the beginning of the party with instructions she answered that she won’t need it. That is why the welcome guest part was a COMPLETE DISASTER When we were getting ready for the toast none of us got a glass so I went running to the table to serve the drinks she approached to me saying THATS TOO MUCH ALCOHOL and I looked at her saying I DO KNOW WHAT I AM DOING and my question is WTH you should ask me how I can help you or if you are an experienced hostess you will know what is that for ??? Honestly she did not deserve any tip even tho I did tip her I got extremely dissatisfied with her attitude different relatives and guests asked who is she ?? No smile extremely serious she made my guest so uncomfortable I hope she get better professionally So I will rate this place 3/5“

It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.
I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.“

“We finally had the chance to visit Bassett Caterers today. They catered our wedding at the Foundry over 21 years ago, and I don’t think we ever properly thanked them back then. Their service was amazing—they handled everything from the food to the chairs to the servers, making the day so easy for us. If you need catering, I can’t recommend Bassett enough.

We met Frank today, and he’s just as kind as we remembered. You can tell he’s truly passionate about his business, and his team is just as friendly and professional as they were years ago.

We sampled the food again, and it’s still just as delicious as ever. To the reviewer complaining about prices—come on! The amount and quality of food you get here is unmatched. Compare it to other caterers and you’ll see the value at Bassett is incredible.

The burger patty appeared to be house-made and was thinner and had an amazing vegan cheese. The sauce and pickles finished it out perfectly. We ordered the seasonal veg and they were amazing- they’re actually a cold/fermented and seasoned so well!“

Our original caterer cancelled two (2) months out from our wedding date (after a year of planning). We did not know what to do! They had already been approved and accepted by our venue. We were devastated! KRISP quickly reviewed the menu / pricing we had negotiated and budgeted with that caterer. They were SO reassuring, and offered us MORE options for a lower cost. We could not believe it! After experiencing an incredible tasting at their gorgeous venue, we were SOLD! THE FOOD IS UNREAL, seriously!
