“Although my order was right, staff was friendly and my food tasted decent, that's not was this is about .... I feel like I am eating in a barn… I'm sitting at the furthest table from the kitchen as possible… There looks to be about 12 people working and I think they are ALL talking at the same time… They are definitely using their outdoor voices & it's very distracting… They are yelling to announce that guests are coming in the door, they are yelling, "Welcome to Wendy's!" to greet customers that are walking in, they are yelling names out customers whose orders are ready, they are yelling about taking the trash out because it shouldn't be sitting on the floor, they are yelling out things they need for drive-thru orders, they are yelling about someone needing to check the dining area... I just can't listen to any of this yelling anymore... I'm taking my sandwich to the car where it's quiet & relaxing ! 😳😡“

“A clean restaurant with fast food done well. I got the tenders and my friend got the grilled chicken bites. Plus some waffle fries. Everything was delicious. I've been to this location a few times and the service and food have always been good.“

“I got the kabob chicken over basmati rice with a salad. The portion was huge, so was able to get two meals out of it. The salad was dressed perfectly with just the right amount of dressing so it wasn't drowning, but all coated nicely. I especially liked the cheese over it, which melted slughtly being packed together with the rice& chicken. The chicken was browned nicely and the rice was firm yet tender with the grains not stuck together at all. It was aromatic and yummy! The service was friendly and I would definitely order from them again.“

“Picked up dinner Friday night. The place was busy. The employees were polite and friendly. Delivered my food with a smile and said, "My pleasure," when I thanked her for my food bag. It's good they have several gluten free option's.“

“Came to grab some food because a friend was running late to a job. Needed a place to grab a quick bite and use the bathroom.

Arrived on site around 5:15pm. One of the two double doors was locked. No sign. Made me feel silly. Maybe one table taken. Was greeted politely by a young man moping the floor. Walked back to bathroom. Bathroom was clean overall. Soap dispenser is mounted at eye level. Weird. It’s a palm push dispenser, it’s meant to be at sink level. Also not mounted to the wall properly. Sink handle was visibly dirty. Paper towel dispenser did not work and was not stocked.

Ran up to the counter, still only myself and one table in the whole facility. Everyone appeared to be working diligently. Austin took my order quick and smooth. I grabbed soda from the machine, some napkins and ketchup from the counter and sat down till my food was ready. Table I picked was clean. I did notice that the music was pretty loud, almost too loud to have a genuine conversation if I were to come with someone. While waiting for my order business picked up. Around 6-7 people were also waiting for food. Staff was handling it well. Grabbed my food and sat back down. Burger was cooked perfectly, fries were good, the right amount of salt. I finished my food and left.

The only gripe I have truly about a place like this, after not eating out for maybe a year is. $24 for a burger fry’s and a drink? Then you have the audacity to have the card reader ask me to tip? Tip for what? The service I was already paying for? Maybe I’m out of touch but I can see why a lot of food establishments are dying.“

We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!“

When Colin saw an elderly customer coming towards the front door, he went to help the gentleman come in! The customer was a Veteran and Colin also thanked him for his service! It was amazing for such a young man to do that! I felt like I had to tell someone about the great experience I had. Thank you!“

“This is the most authentic Jamaican food in Rochester! The spices are on point and the meat is fall off the bones tender! The owner Kurt and Michelle are extremely professional and pleasant. “My son and I ate at the Webster, NY Diary Queen today - April 2, 2026. We had a great experience. I used the App to order so that we could get the Blizzard deal. The food was ready about a minute or two after what the app had said it would be, and the employees could not have been nicer and more welcoming! I have read a few negative reviews about this location in the last year and I have no idea what happened to them. I would encourage them to give it another try! We could not have been happier.

We are from Syracuse and came into town to visit the Eastman Museum and go to Arcade 80s (highly recommend both) and stopped for a delicious treat at DQ. My son loves their chicken tenders and fries. I usually go with a burger; but had a fish sandwich today. The sandwich was unremarkable, but good; the fries were good as they always are - which is why I would have given the food a 4.5 if I could; but since I can't 5 is more accurate than 4 for the food! As it always is the Blizzard was the star of the show.

I wish I had asked the name of the young man working the cash register, he could not have been nicer and more friendly. We had such a good experience today, it will be our DQ of choice when we are visiting Rochester!“

This place is all about positive vibes, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Now, they do have a note on the menu that pricing is subject to change, and sure, sometimes the menu isn't always updated right on the dot. But let’s be real: the value you get more than makes up for a minor price tweak here and there. I’ve had them cater events for me multiple times and it's been flawless. “This one is always such a good location. The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh and it always comes out in a timely manner. They also get the orders correct.

I do wish they had air conditioning in the building since some days it's a little hot and sitting inside to eat should be comfortable (unless maybe the air conditioning isn't really working as well today)“

“I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.“
