“I coach the three young boys of the owners here for swimming and have been looking forward to trying out their restaurant. The food was so delicious and came out very quickly (within 15 mins of ordering) and once I got home I sat down and ate it all in one sitting. (Definitely enough food for 2-3 meals) The boneless spare-rips in particular looked and smelled incredIble as well as naturally colored and most importantly were absolutely delicious. On top of all that the owners are absolutely fantastic people and seeing how they treat their staff and guests it is easy to see how they are raising such incredible young men. “I cannot rave more about this restaurant and especially their catering! We recently catered with Mogu Commack for a gathering at my house. The catering manager, John and his team were outstanding. The food was delicious. The service amazing. John helped me craft a special menu that pleased everyone, even the most picky eaters (kids and adults!). I got compliments all night on how great the food was. Even better, the process and pick up was easy! Highly recommend for any function you have, large or small, or just takeout!“

I've been to many restaurants in Flushing and Manhattan and I gotta say that Spice Workshops food is even better than some of those restaurants. The flavor is very authentic to what szechuan food is suppose to be. My recommendation for ordering:

Overall, the food delivered exactly what you’d expect from classic Chinese takeout — familiar flavors, generous portions, and dishes that work well for group orders.

“I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.“
