The sunchoke croquettes, drunken king oyster mushroom, and chili smoked squid were standouts. The Kaohsiung and Hsinchu cocktails were delicious.“

“Used to frequent here before the renovation and I honestly love what they've done with the place. Very kid friendly (they had a table of board games played out), many picky eater options, a bar for adults, and tons of various styles of seating! My son and I love it here.“

“Absolutely fantastic experience at BunNan in New York! We visited during happy hour and ordered the Plantain Jerk, the Snapper Sliders and a lemonade. Everything was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, beautifully prepared and excellent value.

“I went to Olives restaurant between 4 and 4:30 there was a young man (blond hair and a cap) who was so nice to me I was sick and needed to take an Alka-Seltzer he gave me some water in a cup for free I say this because I went to 2 other restaurants across and next door to Olives and they wouldn't help me Young man I will see you again and I will forever be grateful you saved me from what I thought was going to be an ambulance ride THANK YOU“

“Food court - Order at the front and wait for your number to get called. I got the mala ramen combo with dumplings $19.99. It was super flavorful, large portion enough to share with someone, and had a variety of toppings and also a half hard boiled egg. There were take out containers available for my leftovers.“

“This place is amazing! As soon as you enter, there are so many different Asian places to order from, with so much variety. I ended up going with a stand called Bei Fang and ordered the stir-fried noodles with beef (I asked for extra spice). I also went to the dim sum stand and ordered some custard buns, and might I say, both dishes did not disappoint.

The noodles had a good amount of spice, and the beef was nice and tender, not chewy at all. The custard buns were warm and fluffy with a creamy filling, and they weren’t too sweet, which I really liked.

The only downside was that it was really hot inside while I was eating, which made it a little uncomfortable. However, I did go on the hottest day of the year, so I understand that probably played a role.

Despite that though, I will definitely be coming back to try more of the different food options they have!“

“Great place for food and a place to chill. There are outlets for phones or laptops. I had the Sakura Latte. It was powder with mostly water. Maybe milk or the powder had milk powder in it. Not a fan but I will try their other drink's. NY SoHo Coffee has an espresso machine. So maybe that will be better.

They have a bathroom all the way in the back. You need a code to get into it.

The claw machines were all shut down but 3. However the machines to buy tokens were not working. This was around 2:30 pm on a Wednesday. They may open later but there is no sign.“

“My job brought in Chef Samir's truck to cater a staff field day this month, and when I tell you it's the BEST lamb over couscous bowl I've ever had, please understand I mean that with my heart. Whole quartered tagine vegetables, squash and zucchini and carrots and potatoes; everything was so flavorful and the couscous perfect. The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly even while slinging food to hundreds of people. This is not your average street cart halal with a little lettuce and tomato on the side.“

After ordering the fried buns and xiaolongbao, they will remind you that you have to wait for more than ten minutes. It's not easy finding authentic Shanghainese food in New York. When you eat here, you'll feel like you're in Shanghai. You'll have to wait for your soup dumplings or pan fried steamed buns because they make it TO ORDER, a novelty in today's fast past environment.“

Down to the left, there is a wall of water which creates a nice calming sound for people sitting around. There are a couple of food stalls, a barber shop, a shoe repair shop and several empty store fronts. Gyu Kaku, a Japanese BBQ restaurant on the second floor. It’s a very nice space but it needs more retail activity.“
