“This is the go to place for the best rice noodle rolls with plenty of options without breaking your bank. I ordered small shrimp noodle rolls with egg and vegetable and it only cost $ 6.00. It’s very filling $6.00. Of course you can upgrade to bigger portion with more shrimp or meats. I mean theses days $6.00 buy you very little. For those of you who don’t mind the hole in the wall presentation, this is the place.Parking: Best to take the subway, 7 train last stop in Queens.“
“I gave Tin Building 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Pros:• Culinary destination with multiple dining options (market, casual eatery, bar, fine dining restaurant)• Lively and chic atmosphere• Stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge• Unique shopping experience in the market• Something for everyone, from quick bites to special occasion meals, you can impress your date, or just stuff your face with dumplings! No cons! Just pros! I had a fun time exploring the Tin Building, and the sunset views were breathtaking!Follow me on Google for more ❤️“
“Love birria-landia in brooklyn and decided to come to the roosevelt ave location. This one definitely seems larger as they had a whole section for orders and things. Food is always good but i will say it did get pretty expensive. Downside is that parking in this area is difficult.“
“Dekalb Market Hall was really cool, but very dense and tightly packed. There’s a lot of food options, but I only got to try food from Katz Deli, Fat Fowl and Island Vibes. If I lived closer or worked in the area I’d definitely like to try out all the places one by one.“
“I recently ordered food at BTS Korean Food Market in Bedstuy, and it was so good. The seasoned squid was a stand out and there were tons of banchan (assorted side dishes) options. However, what truly transported me back to my time in Seoul was the superb tuna kimbap. Each bite was a taste of Seoul with a blend of fresh ingredients wrapped in seaweed. The taste and quality reminded me of the street food stalls in Gwangjang Market. It's a hidden gem in Bedstuy for those craving authentic Korean flavors. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!“
“My boyfriend and I got the Spaghetti alla Chitarra con Pomodoro from Felice Pasta Bar and Sausage Gravy Chicken Sandwich from Jacob’s Pickles. The spaghetti was simple and delicious, portion size was decent and bigger than I expected. The chicken sandwich was amazing, they gave 2 big pieces of fried chicken and the gravy was so tasty—my boyfriend and I really enjoyed this. The market gets pretty crowded since it has a lot of food options so finding seats might be a bit difficult for a big group.“
“My first time, I lived in Brooklyn all my life and just learned of this place. Looking forward in taking my out of state friends here. Service was great, food was awesome prices are good. If you ever need something from Japan come here in Brooklyn.“
“Just had the most epic experience in alidoro nyc, the Hugh.It is now becoming my go-to sandwich haven in NYC. From hot to cold , they have got me covered with a variety of mouthwatering sandwiches.Really obsessed with the hot spread from Fratelli, seriously addictive! Every layer burst with flavor. It’s so delicious and filling, the crunch, the freshness of the meat and that special something that makes Alidoro stand out! They have multiple locations in NYC, make sure to check them out!!“
“I like this place, but one thing I hate is at 4:30 pm they turn the lights down as if trying to set some kind of club atmosphere. It's weird. The lights already aren't that bright in the first place. They change their cocktails often, but I wish there were a few signature cocktails that I know I like and could get anytime I'm there.“
“I grabbed lunch in the little sit down area directly across from the butcher and deli. I had got a sandwich which was really good but a bit dry with a side of pesto macaroni which was really dry. I also ordered mozzarella sticks which are NOT worth it. You only get 4 for 8 dollars, not even cheesy and the breading tasted and felt stale. The servers were amazing though. Not much to scenery but also nothing to really complain about for atmosphere. Just nothing special because it's an open market. Non the less I will continue to come back here. It's still worth it.“
“How come I am only coming across this food hall?! It is at such a busy location and I wish this option was visible. Will recommend it for people shopping around Union Square. It has fewer sitting options that other food halls eg the ones in Koreatown but it has great food options.“
“You can easily find an open table for yourself or a group around 7:30pm during the week at this spot. I used to live in Singapore and really missed the hawker centers there. I was so happy to discover Urban Hawker that has so many Singaporean dishes. I highly recommend the poached chicken rice with veggies and oyster sause, it tasted just like the one in Singapore!“
“I absolutely loved this market. As someone who loves a multitude of options and variety this just hit the spot. The fresh produce options, the unique options of food you can’t get at a regular grocery store, it was incredible. I especially loved the pickled everything vendor. I could have eaten my weight in the spicy pineapple and pickled daikon. ?? highly recommend checking this place out.“
“This is a food stall in the Urban Hawker food court. We ordered the Empress Curry Chicken ($18.00). The dish is mildly spicy, more of a peppery spicy via the coconut curry. You can choose rice or rice noodles; I chose rice noodles. The chicken was tender, and the curry was very fragrant. I highly recommend this dish. The service was courteous and quick.I happened to meet the owner, Cheryl. She was a very nice person. There is free WiFi via the food court. The place is wheelchair accessible. The food court has 4 gender-neutral washrooms downstairs, so they are not wheelchair accessible. Review 2023-339“
“The Korean dish lacked the authentic Korean flavor, and considering the price, it didn't quite match the expected taste profile. However, despite this, I found the overall experience enjoyable, appreciating the ambiance and other aspects of the place.“
“I’ve been to this Smorgasburg twice this summer. It’s pretty decent. The live band (Latin music) that I encountered the second time added a really cool touch. The food I tried was good too. I had samosas and a catfish Poboy. The patrons were not as friendly and engaging as the other 2 Smorgasburgs I visited in Brooklyn (Prospect Park and Kent Ave) but that could just be because it’s a touristy venue. So give it a try if you’re in the area…it’s a pretty cool place to hang out. The food isn’t a heap so make sure your wallet matches your appetite.“
“It's a good underground shopping mall with a lot of delicious food to try here, including dumplings, spicy hotpot, chicken rice, etc. There are also barber shops, flower shops, and milk tea shops. Worth stopping here for a lunch break.“
“??A cool place where you can have a delicious and inexpensive lunch!!!I bought a bowl of udon here for $16!!!, the same bowl will cost from $23 at the cafe next door. That's why the prices here are great! BUT there may be few vacancies on weekends!“
“This is a food court with several mostly Asian restaurants. You can eat wonderfully here, there is something for every taste. We were here late in the afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. Some of the shops were already closed but we still found something delicious and were able to eat comfortably on site. Nice atmosphere, good food, we would come again.“
“Several good and affordable options here. Lots of seating. Restrooms available as well. Definitely recommend. Only catch is they are closed Sundays and all observed holidays. It also can get a bit warm in the summer but they do have giant fans blowing then.“
“I just came from your place and bought some griot and pork, but I wasn't satisfied of the service. There were two young girls there, all they did was talking on the phone. They talked on my food while making it. Talk to them about that because you will lose too many clients because of them.“
“such an amazing place and experience I'll definitely visit again.Kid-friendliness: vibrant and amazing viewsWheelchair accessibility: there's elevators and smooth floors that won't restrict wheelchairs or baby carriages.“
“I like the setup of the food very clean some Buffet places you go to it's nasty and messy this was very impressive and the food was reasonable. I didn't get a lot but it was enough to satisfy me . It was really tasty well seasoned and and freshly made.“
“CREPE FOR KIDS. Hudson Eats is the name of a good court. There are many eateries there. One I went to was a crepe place near the entrance. Nutella + sliced strawberies was $8. No decorations. While I understand the price due its location, the lady crepe maker there didn't really put any effort to make the food worth $8. A NYC street vendor would have done it better. The food was popular among kids so who cares...“
“the ice creams are good and it is also fast, they are obviously a little more expensive than the regular ones… they have many fruits including banana, strawberries, orange, coconut, pineapple, blackberry, bluberries, and condiments and others stuffs like mashmellows, nuts, whipped cream, M&M, raisins, sprinkles… they have all the flavors and they make it as you want. They make lemonades, milkshakes, they have sodas...I spent like 6-10 dollars on each ice cream. I recommend this store…“
“So many different vendors from so many cuisine to choose from. Come with a group of people so you can try different stalls so worth it. Most places take cash, so make sure you bring cash. It gets busy around lunch time which finding a table is impossible so I suggest coming after or before lunch time. The food court is spacious with enough tables and seatings. Make sure you bring some wipes because sometimes the tables are super dirty / sticky there are however people coming to clean them but when it gets busy it's not cleaned. Definitely check out the Chinese Korean dumplings stall they have so many different variety of dumplings and the cute grandmas are making the dumplings in front of you so you get to see how it is done!“
“Love this food court so much. Our on-the-spot favorites are the Joe’s Rice Rolls and Chinese crepes, which are best to eat fresh at the counter. Didn‘t take pictures this time. The filled pancakes at Yukun Shaobing in the stall next door are perfect as to-go food, see picture. Love the lamb/cumin #11“
“I feel so safe and protected in this place the Department of corrections is a great Department those officers there are warm and friendly, and so professional. I've never seen a group of people or a Department of people was such dignity and respect for one another and the company thats there, They do a great job that nobody wants to do and they get criticism every day and they still manage to hold their heads up and and cone to a job that requires patience and commitment, and they all live up to that!!“
“The build your own bowl was mostly inedible. The chicken was completely dry and tasteless. The "warm" sides of broccoli and sweet potato were barely cooked. The rice base was quite good but paying $14 for a lunch that was largely horrible is a huge disappointment.Ted from the market asked me to reach out. We discussed the meal. He offered me a meal and I chose the chicken parmesan sandwich. Excellent. Improved the score due to actual meal and responsive management.“
“The lower level atrium in 805 Third Ave. is a collective food court where each storefront has it's own setup to sell goods but they all share a communal seating area. Often times during lunch hours, you'll hear someone tickling the ivory and can enjoy your lunch with the classic sounds of a piano. Or sit by the indoor waterfall for a hint of nature while enjoying your meal. The lower level is accessible by an escalator or stairs depending on the entrance you came in from. The building can be entered on Third Ave. or on 50th St. just off of Third. The food court has Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, and Hawaiian cuisine just to name a few. There's a coffee house, a deli and even two popular vegetarian spots for food.“
“I love going to lil Biggs spot, the customer service is exceptional. They are friendly and helpful, and completely care about your needs! They offer different types of breakfast and lunch. You will be able to sit close to them or in the tables aside. Great music is also a plus. Come on over and speak to Janet, she'll gladly give you service with a smile!!“
“I've visited this area several times. Not often but it's a good way to relax with friends or family and just chill out. Food courts of various selection are here. There's a Ramen spot..a Buffalo ? wings spot cakes, soups, and many others. Flowers..breads..bars..this takes you 6 stories underground. The train runs directly past there.“
