“I went in the afternoon to eat and the food was delicious, they have a new menu and a new chef?‍?, in the new menu they handle Peruvian/Japanese food and the “airport” dish is highly recommended, it was delicious, very good portion (two people ate and in the photo we had already finished half a plate because it was so delicious). “Great that they have a dinner special.Usually Ecuadorian restaurants have only lunch choice of soup and a second plate like chicken with rice or something else. So, the dinner special is the same.However, there is always a lack of service in Ecuadorian restaurants. I think the servers should be trained and learn about customer service.“

“Love this small and cost bakery. I go almost every morning. Their hot and iced coffees are very good. One particular lady makes them well. I also get a buñuelo or a pan de bono. Both are delicious, fresh and warm. There are several Colombian bakeries near my job but all fall extremely short compared to La Montaña. This is the best one.“

We ordered our food to go and, while waiting, they had 12 people waiting for their sopa de tostones and carne molida, which totally surpassed its hype! Absolutely amazing! My husband ordered that and I ordered a bistec encebollado. The quantities are huge! The ladies at the restaurant were extremely sweet, the food was delicious, and the rice; I don’t know what they put in it but it’s beyond tasty! Must try!“
