“Today I had a life changing cookie. I had the strawberry milk cookie, then immediately texted my husband and called my sister to talk about this amazing cookie. Strawberry is one of my favorite flavors, so maybe I’m biased, but it was the best cookie I’ve had in a really long time. It was soft with crunchy bits on top, and the strawberry flavor popped. I felt like a cartoon character with heart eyes and sparkles coming out of my head with just one bite.The s’mores cookie was also amazing. Both cookies were delicious and also unique. I can’t wait to try the other flavors.“
“I stopped in at Cerasella today for the first time after hearing great things for a while. I’m so happy I did! The service was exceptional. Despite being relatively busy, the staff took their time to explain the menu and options, with detail and a smile.I ended up getting the lunch special, which comes with a sandwich, coffee and a pastry. I knew I was in for a treat when I got my coffee, which was made with freshly ground beans and served with streamed milk. The sandwich (prosciutto and fresh mozzarella) and pistachio bombolone were both just exceptional.I can’t wait to go back and try more of the offerings! I only regret that I didn’t come sooner!“

“A lovely, sunny and delicious respite from the cares of the world... How wonderful to find a place that serves top notch vegan fare--both sweet and some savory offerings too. Loved the rainbow cookies, Jamaican Patty and the black cake. The layer cakes are spectacular as well. Coffee, tea, chai, cappuccino--just some of the hot drink offerings to go with your treats. The owners are most congenial and welcoming, serving you with utmost care and attention. The bakery is light and airy with several tables to dine at. Located across the street from the Glen Oaks library on Union Turnpike, there is ample street parking as well as the large parking lot located behind the bakery. There is convenient access to public transportation too: the Q36 and Q46 stop steps away. My family and I truly enjoyed our time at Rose Valley bakery and cannot wait to do so again!“
“My partner in Manhattan had ordered specialty cupcakes to be ready on a certain day and to be picked up by an Uber driver. My communications with this team were fantastic. Their response was immediate and they were extraordinarily cooperative. All that is aside from the fact that these were the most delicious cupcakes I had ever tasted.“

“Had an amazing time there as the owner is so personable and aims to have a “small cafe in Connecticut kind of feel” which I definitely got. She really works to personalize your orders and is willing to try new recipes. I got the chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake, apple cinnamon muffins, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate mousse, chocolate chip cookies , double chocolate cookies, and bloodies which all tasted incredible! I highly recommend anyone with a special diet whether it be gluten (which she has a separate area of the kitchen for), vegan, kosher, etc. this is your place!“

“Great bagels with every flavor of cream cheese imaginable available. Gets a little busy sometimes. Came here on my lunch break and took a while to get my order. I got one of their chicken sandwiches, rainbow bagel w strawberry cream cheese and a mini pie for later. The bagel and pie were very tasty and they pulled the loaf of bread fresh out of the oven for my sandwich. 5/5 on the bagel and sandwich and 4.5/5 for the pie.“
“I had the regular slice, Grandma and Upside Pizza. WOW to all 3. The best one by far was the upside down pizza. The tomato sauce was so fresh. The cheese was amazing. The best part was the crust, it was so soft inside and crispy outside. Phenomenal! Dan L. recommended this spot. Now, I recommend it to all of you. Best pizza in Queens! “The cookies here are to die for! Surprisingly they also sell donut holes. And for the price, variety, and taste they are an absolute must! I got one of each flavor, and each one was better then the next. Like..Tim hortons and dunkin who? Hahaha. For only $15 we got a mini carrot cake, a dozen donut holes, and a large sprinkle cookie. What a deal! The shop is so quaint and they have so much to choose from. You can even get dog treats, edible cake decorations prepacked loaf cakes and cookies.Even though they take credit cards, they have an ATM inside for convenience. So if you're trying to hop on the RVC train and need cash, you can quickly open in.Parking is metered street parking. There is more parking on the one way street around the corner, if you can't find one in the front.“
“Very convenient location..Perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee..I ordered the crunch dessert and it was delicious!..loved it..it was a Nutella dream come true..but we also ordered the tiramisu and that was disappointing..the coffee powder was thick instead of a light coat so the first bites tended to be dry..there was a cream colored swirl topping that we thought was a soft cream..it wasn't..it was hard and very bland tasting..tiramisu wasn't worth the price..“

“So I've been looking for a great Italian bakery in this largely taken over by hipsters area of bedstuy/brooklyn. My family has been going here for years but I never realized how close it was to me! Took the bus a few blocks walked through the park and there is was! I tried their famous canolli donut! Delicious! My son got the Cinnabon it looks delicious and he loved it. They also have all different flavors of macaroons! I tried the pistachio and it was great!“

The cheesecake was delicious, and they seemed to have a lot of variety from Italian to Greek to French pastries and more. The place was neat and clean, and the staff was really kind. “To start, they seat you with a tray of tortilla chips and 2 types of dipping sauces which were both flavorful and delicious. First we ordered the loaded plantain, then for tacos we got the cauliflower, chicharron and shrimp and we got the chicken burrito bowl and chicharron burrito bowl, all delicious. If this place wasn't so far from our home it would be a regular. Great place, definitely try.“
“I had lunch here since I was visiting the neighborhood since I moved away 3 years ago. The food didn't seem as good as I remembered it to be. The pattys lacked sufficient filling and the paninis had no side salad, slaw or any condiments. Service was great though! The guys at the counter were patient, helpful and friendly.“

“Wow, my new favorite indian restaurant.Massive vegetarian selection. I tried the samosas which were good. but their garlic naan was the best bread ive ever tasted. Super fresh and fluffy, yet crispy. I ate the chana masala which was above expectations. The flavors were great and everything tasted freshly made.Service was ok, the employees were attentive and helpful.I will definitely be back. Very well run establishment in the heart of jackson heights.The actual restaurant vibe is ok, seats could be upgraded they are not very comfortable, the place was clean, restrooms were clean and ventilated. The doors need to be cleaned but the restroom itself was very clean which is always a good sign! “Had the pleasure of meeting Mum at New York Plaza for a pop-up shop. The presentation looked amazing and she was very very kind and welcoming. I was torn between a few different options and ended up getting the Oatmeal Cookies as my wife isn't partial to Oatmeal Raisin (which I love!). “I love this place to eat burgers. Now they have more options and I think that's fabulous. I went with my family, two children, and we ordered fries and chicken nuggets (panda combo) and believe me, the chicken tasted exquisite. For us, a standard hamburger with gluten-free bread (I think it's a great option for those of us who have problems with gluten and I think it's a PLUS) my partner ordered an American hamburger and the meat looked delicious. In addition to this we ordered a milkshake that was out of this world. “The district pho (with bone broth) was super flavorful and left me thinking about it for a week. So, a week later I ordered from here again only to try the standard pho. It was great and the brisket was heavenly, but I can tell the difference bone broth makes. The Thai tea was also very good! I will be ordering again!“

“I went for a morning walk to explore my new neighborhood more. In the past, I've known exactly where I'm going in Ridgewood but never just spent time to explore. I came across this gem that's been a part of the community 90 years. I found out about the history from the amazing and inspiring Toni. The egg and cheese croissant was great. It wasn't greasy like other spots. Yes, they have breakfast options! Not just sweets. The dirty Chai was great. I loved the energy in the bakery. It felt they've built a really good community setting that I'm happy to go back to with my daughter.“

We ordered delivery and although they were out of the roasted vegetable soup which was what I originally wanted, I am so glad I tried the lentil soup! Soooo good! It was hearty with a little veggies in it and three types of lentils...full of flavor! You can taste the freshness and love in it! So glad I found this place.“
“Spotted by this place for lunch while returning from an estate sale on a rainy day and the restaurant was still packed. The service was impeccable, our server was so sweet and kind, despite dealing with hangry masses in a small space. We got the arepas tasting platter and the sweet corn pancakes. Both were delicious. The Reina arepas stood out with their avocado chicken filling. We also got the sugarcane lemon drink which was very refreshing. I will be returning here to try their all day Venezuelan brunch menu next!“
“AMAZING ube cake! I recently ordered an 8 inch ube cake for my friend's birthday, and it was amazing. The ube flavor was very strong and the cake was perfectly moist and dense (in the best way possible) while not being overly sweet. I am usually skeptical of ube desserts as many lack that authentic ube flavor, but Purple Dough's cake was on point. I'm looking forward to trying more of their desserts in the future, and continuing to support this Asian business. Mark, who helped me figure out how to get the cake delivered, was also extremely helpful via email & over the phone. So + extra points for that amazing customer service.“
“As far as my husband and I are concerned one of the best, if not the best bakery. Been stopping by for years and never had a complaint. We had apple pie, chocolate babkah, various Danish, cookies. I love the chocolate cigars. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, no matter how busy they are. If it is a holiday, go early or reserve ahead of time.“
“This is going to by my weekly bubble tea spot. They were so friendly which is always a driving factor for a quality establishment for me. Price point was great. We only got teas today, but I can't wait to try some of their pastries. They looked beautiful and based on other people's reviews they're probably delicious. We got the brown sugar bubble milk tea and Passion fruit green tea with lychee popping boba and just look at that adorable little heart shaped tea stopper. I will be a frequent flyer here“
