“Donovan’s Pub is owned by 2 Woodside gentlemen. The staff is amazing friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely delicious and great portions. They have the Best Burger in NYC. It’s the best burger I have ever had. They have awesome live music every weekend on their brand new stage. Their lineup of musicians is the best around. I’ve been going there for 50+ years and I highly recommend Donovan’s Pub in Woodside NY.“

“A classic NYC establishment with gluten-free options! Chef Cristina answered all of our questions about their protocols for gluten-free pastries. They keep them on the top shelf and/or separate from the other pastries and they are made at different times with sanitized equipment. Of course it is a shared kitchen, so keep that in mind in terms of cross contact. Everything we tried was delicious! My favorites that day were the espresso cheesecake, the red velvet cheesecake cup and the flourless chocolate cake. We will absolutely be back!“

Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! “I ordered a specialty cake for my mother and it was FABULOUS! The cake was unique, 2 - tier choc and vanilla with a hazelnut cream filling. It was covered in a lovely lavender frosting with lace flowers and unique lettering. It was fresh and special!“

“Been eating Eddies pizza for over three decades now! The pizza still tastes the same as it did all those years ago. It brings me back to sitting in my grandma and Grandpa's kitchen...Eddies had a location in Syosset where my grandparents lived and we used to get it when visiting them. The thin crust is absolutely delicious...my only complaint is that a pie never lasts long enough in my house 😋“
