“I never thought I would find a kosher restaurant on the border of Bushwick and Bed-Stuy. And as far as I can tell, the closest place elsewhere you can find kosher food is in Crown Heights, which is about 2 miles away. Still, the shakshuka pita I had blew me away. That, and Eddie (the owner) helped me put on tefillin earlier. Considering it is a kosher establishment, the prices are pretty fair. Jewish or not, if you find yourself over here, try it, you won't regret it. My Orthodox friends would love this“

“I've never written a review before but after ordering from Knish Nosh, I had to. I've never in my life tasted such amazing food like this and to be honest I'm very critical and hard to please when it comes to food so like always I was waiting to either be let down or not that impressed but I was shocked I live in the City and I order from these guys 2 sometimes 3 times a week. “Capri is absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing, the service is warm and attentive, and everything came out so quickly.

We started with the fish tacos, mozzarella sticks, and tuna tartare—each one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main, we had the rigatoni pasta, cooked perfectly and full of rich flavor. I also got the strawberry iced tea, which was refreshing, delicious, and a true 10/10!

Overall, Capri is a true gem. Delicious food, awesome service, and such a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!“

“My family and I celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday with a dinner for ten at Tiger Sushi in Great Neck today, and it was a truly spectacular experience!

We decided to keep things easy and celebratory by ordering three of the restaurant's party platter dishes to share. This was a fantastic decision. The quality was super across the board. Every piece of sushi, sashimi, and every roll was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. You could tell that the fish was of the highest grade, practically melting in your mouth.

The platters were not only generous in portion but also artfully arranged, making our table look incredibly festive. Even with our large group of ten, the three platters provided more than enough variety and food for everyone to enjoy their fill.

From start to finish, the food was the highlight—authentic, fresh, and exceptionally high quality. If you're looking for a special place to celebrate a milestone with a large group, or just want to enjoy some truly great Japanese cuisine, Tiger Sushi is highly recommended. “Traveled to Long Beach from Albany New York on Labor Day weekend. After a wonderful time at the beach my husband and I had a most delicious meal at Lido Kosher Deli. The hot pastrami, crisp pickles, generous coleslaw, and yummy onion rings are the absolute best !! An authentic quality deli that is a real gem !!“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

“I had a delicious noodle soup here, and my meal came with nice warm bread. I also had belishi (a sort of fried meat pie) which was flavorful but a bit too chewy, as if it had been microwaved. One small downside: numerous menu items were unavailable. But the main course was so good that I didn't mind!“

pizza is 6.2 solid and crunchy (upon request). However, it has a very strong metallic smell from the cheese. Perhaps it’s old or of lower quality. I’ve had pizza in many countries outside the US, and they use real cheese without any artificial preservatives or ingredients.“

Ever. Burgers are out of this world as well as the home made fries. Treat yourself it’s the best. I requested the genuine apple strudel for dessert( not canned apples or some oily dough ) , hope that comes to fruition.“

“I was in a super rush to get to the airport this morning and I had a family of eight to feed before I get there I called Moshe at the Giant bagel store and gave him the order over the phone and 10 Minutes later the food was waiting for me all packed in bags and boxes Moshe and his wonderful staff even his wife came to the rescue I can’t thank them enough. Oh, Stix, you beautiful culinary temptress! My friends and I stumbled into this gem last weekend, and let me tell you, our taste buds are still sending thank-you notes. The food was so ridiculously delicious that we turned into those cartoon characters who keep ordering more plates while their pants creak at the seams. We started with the dumplings—plump little pillows of joy that melted in our mouths. Then came the skewers, each one a flavor bomb that had us giggling like kids in a candy store. By the time the samsa hit the table, we were in love and out of control, waving down the server like, “MORE, PLEASE, WE BEG YOU!”

The food was so good, we forgot how buttons work. Halfway through, I had to unbutton my jeans to make room for more of that crispy, savory, oh-so-perfect chebureki. My friend Dave tried to “pace himself” but ended up with sauce on his forehead and a dreamy look in his eyes. The staff? Absolute saints for not judging us as we waddled out, belts undone, grinning like we’d just won the food lottery. Stix, you’ve ruined us for all other restaurants. We’ll be back—probably with stretchy pants next time. 10/10, my waistline hates you, but my heart’s writing you love poems.“
