I called this location explaining the situation and the employee I spoke with said he would deliver it directly to me since he was about to leave anyway. Loved when you ordered with the cook, watched your hot grilled the way you like it (extra dark) to being able to have the employee place more or less of the condiments on your item. Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊“

“Always loved Americas roast beef yes sir! But it seems that the Arby's I knew, is sadly dead. Ordered classic beef and cheddar🤤, had so little beef it was basically a cheese sauce sandwich.🥺 Also on lineup was the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, on point!🤤 But I come here for roast beef. Sorry Arby's, you're standards have slipped.😢“

“A Buffalo institution and one of my must visit place(s) if I'm in the area. Personally, I like the original Anderson's location on Sheridan (in Tonawanda) better than the other locations. But this one is not bad. Only got a twist of chocolate and vanilla custard this time but I've had majority of the items on the menu. The custard is always creamy and flavorful. Try one of the special flavors, like pistachios or strawberry, if they have it. You won't regret it and it's worth the calories.

“We was in the buffalo area and was looking for a good pie. Figured we would check it out. Pizza was very good but the sauce was a little sweet for my liking. But if I was in the area again I would have it again.“

“Food was incredible! Service was incredible but what topped it off was the cook (Quran) was finishing his shift and on his way out stopped at our table where my son was sitting with a broken leg. He said “hope you feel better man” as my wife replied that it happened at football. Quran turned to my son and said “if you fall, you just have to get up stronger”

And the foods always hot, fresh and there's one lady that seriously is the nicest on the microphone than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Seemed like she might have been the manager. And also this one kid (and this is not racist) it's just because I don't know how name but he's a tall African American that is super nice on the mic, answered my questions about the ratio of how many people use the app that don't use it and he was so nice. “I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.“

Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. “I stopped by Blaze Pizza recently, and while I’ve always loved their fresh, fast fired pizzas, this visit absolutely exceeded expectations, all thanks to one incredible employee: Ellerie.
From the moment I walked in, Ellerie made the experience feel special. She greeted everyone with genuine warmth and had the kind of energy that instantly lifts the mood. Even with a line of hungry customers, she stayed calm, friendly, and completely focused on making sure each person felt seen and taken care of.
I was a little indecisive with my toppings, and Ellerie didn’t rush me at all. Instead, she offered thoughtful suggestions and even recommended splitting sauces so I could try a combo. Their fries are second only to Five Guys and, just like the aforementioned restaurant, you can get a huge cup of them if you want. Pro:
1. It is very cheap, I mean averagely you only spend $20 or even less for one dish. And good portion.
2. It is a classic Chinese flavor, not too spicy, not overly sweet. Just good.
Cons:
1. It is quite small. You may need to wait long if you come at rush hour.
2. Not many choices, I order like 15 dishes one time and that's basically everything they have

Cheap, good taste, and really warm service. I have to say I don't usually pay extra tips. But this is an exception. I hope they have good business.“

Topping were also good and fresh and the bread was good. Service was great and friendly. The place was too small and they didn’t have enough seats.
