“love this place and in my opinion it's the best Indian food in NYC. Place recently opened and I get takeout a couple of times a week and have dined here several times already. I've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful and they have a full bar. Prices are super reasonable and the owner Ali is total gentleman.”

“I have been a customer of Austin’s Ale House for many years, I know them well they know me well. This year I decided to give the excellent and highly favored family cooking team a break and had Austin’s Ale House cater our Christmas Dinner. I went with the ham dinner for 10 to feed 7 people🤣. The ordering was done with ease and so was the pick up. The family did a preliminary tasting...... LOVED .IT and whatever we have left after the “taste test” will have to serve as our Christmas Dinner. Since the taste test was so aggressive we may need to supplement what’s left with a few cheese omelets 🤣. We enjoyed it so much there was much talk about it becoming the new family tradition. THANK YOU AUSTIN’S ALE HOUSE AND MEREY CHRISTMAS........ PS I’m going to need one of those backyard igloos in a day or so. See you then 🎄❤️”

“My friends, staff and I went to this place this month and that friend ordered ham with pineapple pizza. The service was wonderful, and the food was wonderful. The atmosphere was that a person was making pizza.”

“Well well worth it! This hidden gem is located in the heart of kew garden near many local transportation! With ample parking and extremely welcoming staff, the restaurant was well worth the trip! The decor and atmosphere were amazing! Food was extremely delicious and fairly priced! They had a fun bar and a nice selection of cocktails and wines. The knowledge of the staff when it comes to drinks and different wines was top notch and very delicious! Overall, had an amazing dinner and experience.

“This café is one of the best things about this neighborhood and always the first place I take people when they’re visiting. Very kind staff and wonderful coffee every time. Comfortable seating and great ambiance indoors and outdoors. They’re always playing the most calming music and have excellent pastries, too! Kew Gardens wouldn’t be the same without this place!”

I heard going things about the General Tso's too, which is my normal go-to dish at Chinese restaurants, so now I am going to order and try that as well. Try the empanadas (trust me), and do not skip the fresh-made salsas. I could put that stuff on everything—and yes, I do, including my BEC. It’s that good. The chipotle one is out of this world!

“I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years and I never decided to make a review. You are the only Mr wish I love going to out of all the locations. The drinks are always spot on. It’s a craving of mine all the time. My top two drinks are of course the Bubble Tea and The Apple Tea with Fresh Pulp. I go here so often the young man already knows my orders. They’re polite and very welcoming. We always enjoy coming here our whole family does. If it were up to me I’d be here every day it’s just so good and refreshing! We also recommend The Black Tiger Milk & The Peach Tea all these drinks in a large of course. The only thing I recommend from the Mr wish chain is to get into catering cause I’d have them for every event.

“I ordered DoorDash from here, and the portions were great and everything was delicious.

I got the tofu mushroom jalfrezi, which was a little spicy in a good way. I also got the tarkari, which was so flavorful. Both came with good size portions of rice. To eat with them I got some roti, which was thicker than I’m used to, so it was a little difficult to use the bread to pick up the veggies.

I really appreciate that the menu also had clearly labeled vegan dishes, and a variety of vegan options!”

“I love trying new places to eat so this was no different. Ordered scrambled eggs with three meats and toast. The breakfast was excellent and cooked how I had requested. Also ordered iced coffee which was good, not strong but had a fresh taste. What made me give this place the 4 stars is the cake we ordered, the tiramisu was stale and had an old taste to it, did not enjoy it, my partner’s cheesecake wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best, at $6.50 a slice this knocked this eatery’s stat one star down. The place was busy being it was Sunday morning and we never got water service until we had to ask for water, not a huge deal. Place is comfortable and love the seating arrangements which are booths which offer privacy. Overall food seems tasty here but stay away from the cakes or have the cake and mention it to the manager if it has a stale taste.”

“Had the Al Pastor burrito and thought it was very very good for the price. Tender meat and pleasant sweetness from the pineapple. Lots of sauces and chips to accompany. Service was a little slow and people around me seemed to be a little frustrated with how long their food was taking but my experience was pretty solid.”
