“I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years and I never decided to make a review. You are the only Mr wish I love going to out of all the locations. The drinks are always spot on. It’s a craving of mine all the time. My top two drinks are of course the Bubble Tea and The Apple Tea with Fresh Pulp. I go here so often the young man already knows my orders. They’re polite and very welcoming. We always enjoy coming here our whole family does. If it were up to me I’d be here every day it’s just so good and refreshing! We also recommend The Black Tiger Milk & The Peach Tea all these drinks in a large of course. The only thing I recommend from the Mr wish chain is to get into catering cause I’d have them for every event.

“Ive known about Dani's for a long time but their wait times have always thwarted me from stopping by. This time, it was a slow, quiet Saturday evening and I had plenty of time to spare so I placed my order online. Purchasing online gives a 10% discount. I ordered a large regular pie and an eggplant 🍆 parmesian. It came to a total of $34.00

The parking around 7pm on Saturday night was okay. I can see that area getting very difficult during weekdays, however. The entrance to Dani's is a narrow area and it seems like they use just one oven which is maybe the size of a refrigerator which probably explains the long wait times. They were also, as expected, very busy. The service was very welcoming and friendly.

The pizza 🍕 was, what I would describe, as an orange pie. The crust was thin, had some char and was very chewy. The sauce was on the sweet side and the cheese was basic. I would say the slice was better than what you're going to find at a local slice joint but I would not say the pizza here is in the elite category. The pie was an average size and for $18.00 (with a 10% online discount), I think its a good deal.

The eggplant parmesian was very good. The cheese and sauce was similar to the pizza and the hero roll was lightly toasted. The bread was very good. My only complaint about the eggplant parmesian, and this the same for mostly everywhere, but its that the sauce and cheese are only put on top and the other half off the eggplant has no condiments. Other than that, the sandwich was very satisfying.

Given the history, reputation and the fact Queens residents are always hyping this place, Id say that any fan of pizza should give Dani's a visit. I can clearly see why it is a Queens favorite but I personally would say that while it is surely above average it just falls short of being in the pizza stratosphere of NYC.“

“Bagels are awesome, but if I see the guy without glasses at the register, I won’t bother going in. With the other guy, I can just go straight to the register and get a bagel with nothing on it and run out, instead of waiting on the sandwich line for 5-10 minutes.“

“I ordered take out through the app, which was easy and fast. The empanada was delicious and pretty big for the price. I also got a shrimp and fish taco. The shrimp taco was flavorful, but the fish one had absolutely no flavor. Definitely needed some seasoning on that one. Other than that, I would go back if I need a quick, affordable dinner.“

I had the beef empanada app, the skirt steak with the chimichurri (cooked perfectly medium), white rice, tostones, and a glass of red sangria- not overly sweet. I want it all again right now! “Sat at the bar. Very fair happy hour prices. Dinner was wonderful. The trout with Marcona almonds was the stand out. Desserts were incredible. Our bartender, Alejandro, was so knowledgeable and fun. Went upstairs to the roof top bar after for a nightcap which was equally delightful.“

“Very impressed since they was decorating the place. I was passing by every day till they finally open and I desire to try the food, I was curious and also I’m not a vegan person. When I finally try that food I just got in shock. Super tasty, delicious, the Trinidad and Dominican Republic flavors- was so down the earth. So thankful to have them at the neighborhood, the service is excellent and Yesenia and her employees super professionals. The ambiance and decoration soo relaxing- I love the food and the service, how they welcome you, is hard to find a place like that. I really loved the braised duck lettuce wraps and maple bacon donuts but i found the wagyu meatball dish too salty.“

Exactly what you expect when you picture a diner. No frills, cheap, and exceptionally average food. It gets the job done, with the kind of gritty atmosphere you’d expect from a place that’s been serving neighborhood regulars for years.

I had the cheeseburger, while the person next to me was chowing down on chicken parm and spaghetti. The cheeseburger tasted like it came straight out of the freezer. It reminded me of the kind I used to get at the bowling alley as a kid.

10/10 recommend. Will return.“

“Great take on Lu rou fan (minced pork and rice), excellent scallion pancakes and awesome dessert (Tian miantuan) that was like a sandwich of sweet fried dough, golden sesame ice cream and condensed milk (plus cilantro and butter dried peanuts)! Great beverages as well such as the slightly sweetened Jasmine iced tea and Sanzo (lychee & calamansi) sparkling water products!“

“This is a very local restaurant.
It doesn't have fancy decor, nor does it serve mind-blowing dishes with flavors you can't find anywhere else.
However, their food is very wholesome and down-to-earth, without the heavy oils or excessive salt used to aggressively hook a customer's palate.
The prices are also very affordable—I imagine people working nearby frequent this place often.
I'm a delivery truck driver, and whenever I pass through this area, I make sure to stop by.
The elderly owner is Taiwanese and extremely kind, and they also employ some Spanish staff. The overall work atmosphere is wonderful, and I'm certain the owner treats them very well. Dining here gives you a sense of peace that you just can't find anywhere else.
You shouldn't go out of your way just to eat here, but if you happen to be passing by, you definitely have to drop in and check it out.“

“My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“
