Many waiters were serving us and they were constantly checking if we needed something. They were refilling out waters all the time and it was just very polite. What was interesting is the "daily special menu", the waiter was standing their reading about the daily special for like at least 5 mins and we had to stop him from continuing. Either way, we got the bucatini cacio e pepe and it was very yummy. My husband got the veal and it was not the most photogenic dish, but tasted much better than it looked. We also got the octopus, which was soaked in balsamic, also very nice. Overall a very nice traditional Italian place.“

I keep seeing burgers in reviews but it wasn’t on the menu that day. Only thing negative is the service—we kept being forgotten about and had to ask for the check three separate times. “i ordered their prosciutto and burrata (which comes with imported burrata and 24 Month prosciutto di parma), tonnarelli cacio e pepe (pasta with pecorino and black pepper), and infernetto pinsa (roman style pizza with tomato, mozzarella, spicy soppressata, and pecorino). all in all, every dish was made with fine ingredients and was cooked well. the burrata was very creamy and delicious, i would recommend it if you’re a fan of burrata cheese. the pizza had a good coal fire taste to it and came out hot and flavorful (the spicy soppressata was tasty, but i would like to try some of their other flavors eventually). the cacio e pepe was tasty and had a strong pecorino flavor (creamy, rich, slight cheesy musk to it). the pasta had good texture and mouthfeel (firm al dente noodles). all in all a decent spot for italian!“

One reason is they have yummy bread before the pasta. For example, when you sit down there is some bread to eat. The bread has butter and pesto sauce. Another reason is the pasta has good sauce. After I eat my food I I order gelato. The gelato is good too. Another example is penneal pomodoroe basilico. The last reason is you can bring your family and have a good time. But, like always they were accommodating at attentive to the fact that we were sitting and waiting with no food at our table. They seem to always notice the other important details most of all being making the food delicious. One detail that had amazed me is in all my years I have never walked around into a public bathroom and not wanted to leave because it smelled unbelievably amazing! I don't know what diffuser they have in there but I want it for my living room!“

The process are reasonable too, just beware that they do add a 20% gratuity automatically if there are 5 or more people in your party, which annoyed me quite a bit after tipping an additional 20% and not realizing it until after the fact.“

The mushroom fettuccine had a better flavor but also could’ve had more flavor. Kale salad was alright; good as a $3 add on to pasta. Arancini was pretty crunchy but not sure if worth the price.Cramped sitting area but we managed to find a table for 5. Overall, reasonable pricing, good pasta texture but flavor was lacking.“

We dined/partied at Michael’s of Brooklyn Restaurant, and immediately were made to feel at home, as we were treated like Kings!!! The ambiance is very warm, classy, spacious, yet quite comfortable. The food is absolutely exquisite, scrumptious, delicious, course after course, dish after dish, with beautiful presentations.We started off with a Campari & Soda with Lemon, and a Bourbon Concoction from the Cocktail Menu. More Campari, and a Tangueray Negroni followed. Then Scotty and I sampled: The Chilled Crabmeat Cocktail & delightful Fried Calamari Appetizers. For the entrées, my Boy had a perfectly cooked Medium Rare Filet Mignon, with Asparagus. I chose The House Special, a melt-in-your-mouth Veal Chop Parmigiana, with a side of Spaghetti Bolognese.Two and a half hours into our meal, we made room for dessert. Scott had the largest Lobster Tail, stuffed with Whipped Creme and drizzled with Chocolate Ganache Sauce, that I’ve ever seen. He paired that with a Frangelico Coffee. I had an Assorted Sherbet dish with 5 Amazing flavors of Sherbet, and paired that with a Double Espresso and Romana Sambvca…...I purposely parked two blocks away, in Marine Park, Brooklyn, as I knew I would need a stroll after this tremendous dinner, and I have no problem walking City Streets around Midnight, even though I’m carrying a Louis Vuitton “Murse” clutch. My friends know what I bring to the party…..LoLoLoLoLoL.My dear friends, Matthew Mari, Esq. (Famous Defense Attorney), and Billionaire Businessman, Political Talk Show Host, John Catsimatidis and a whole host of politicians also dine here. As a former Finance Chairman of The New York Conservative Party, I can see why. Additionally, I understand that this is a favorite restaurant of Andrew Dice Clay’s and of Joe Piscopo’s, amongst a whole host of other celebrities. Service was welcoming and relaxed in the best way. We came at 5 and by 6:30 when we left the bar had slowly filled up so might be a good time to come if you’re walking in on a week night. I love that they switch their menu around weekly based off the seasons. We tried the fava bean puree, fried cauliflower, spaghetti with smoked mushrooms, the ragu, and panna cotta. The mushroom pasta I had was on long thick cuts of homemade pasta cooked perfectly and the mushoom mixture was excellent and I really appreciated it cooked in white wine sauce instead of heavy cream you usually get. My wife ordered something not on the menu for her and my daughter. Home made spaghetti with vodka sauce and grilled shrimp and waiter offered meatballs and spaghetti for my daughter. They loved it.
