“My friends, staff and I have been to this place and that a friend and I ordered a protein shake which included peanut butter, soy milk, and many others. The drink was wonderful and tasty. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was many people waiting in line to order or to pay.“

“Didn’t expect to find my best crispy pork belly of the year at a Thai spot!!! The skin was insanely crisp yet slightly chewy. The dipping sauce on the side was perfectly balanced.

For the main, we went with the panang short ribs. The beef was coated in a rich, mildly spicy curry. We added steamed veggies instead of rice and they fit curry.“

After I mentioned that it was my brother's birthday hoping they could put a small candle on the dessert, she presented a beautiful dessert with a candle and comped it! “Came for the smashburger on NYE and it was probably the best burger I’ve had all year. The flavors work together so well with the perfectly juicy patty, and the fried duck egg (a must!) is the icing on the cake. Paired it with the rice lager beer and it was the perfect lunch - just wish they offered it during dinner as well. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours but they were all very nice.“

“Ordered two pizzas. Pizza crusts were spot on and tasty...overall some good pizzas. The sauce though.
A previous review mentioned the sauce was sweet but that they probably don't add sugar to their tomato sauce. I would disagree with that assumption. Half way through the pizza ... The sweetness kinda took over for me. And that's just a personal preference maybe?

Service was cold and not the friendliest.
The set up itself was decent enough and clean... They had some latin music playing which was ok.

I'm not sure I'd come back if I was in New York next. If you enjoy sweet pizza sauce you'll love this place because the crust was really good :) Just the sweetness of the sauce was not to my taste.“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. Just go, you won't regret it.“

“Okay this is a little updated review. I still love Eden's after years of patronage and they are my go to for lunch pretty much everyday of the week but I also found weird fiber stuff in my salad today and I'm pretty sure I ate a lot of it. I really hope it's not like plastic fibers or hairs...

One other feedback would be please don't skip massaging the kale for the GOAT bowl. I get the GOAT all the time and 90 % of the time it's perfect but occasionally I get just very raw, unmassaged kale that is very difficult to eat haha. Otherwise you guys are awesome, keep making amazing salads.“

“Truly lovely experience all around. We were welcomed into this cozy spot by a friendly staff with Kimi taking extra care to make our evening pleasant. Seating is limited with reservations becoming necessary to guarantee a space, but honestly the space is the perfect set up for good conversation. The wine list was nicely curated—we chose the 2017 Super Tuscan, which was smooth, rich, and paired well across the meal. We began with the antipasto. The quality was immediately apparent... the prosciutto was buttery on the palate and the house pickled veggies added a bright, fresh note. For the mains, the cacio e pepe had the perfect creamy texture (I need the chef to teach me their ways for this!), well-balanced salt to black pepper, and good bite to the pasta. My husband was lucky enough to snag the final duck ragu special of the evening and (wow!) we're so glad to have done so. Perfectly cooked with tender meat and flavors that transported us right back to the osterias on the streets of Italy. We ended with the tiramisu (light and creamy) and a pistachio affogato, which did get a bit outshined. Hospitality was top notch here making this is a “must add” meal experience for your list. “Caveat, I did go here pregnant after fasting for 15 hours for a blood test so this is a very biased review. I had the chicken parm on the rosemary potato focaccia. The bread was fresh. Sandwich was warm. It felt like a hug. It was just what I needed. Very small seating area so definitely more of a togo spot but I was ravenous, undeterred and a bit delirious so inhaled the sandwich there and then got a Nutella filled donut to go.“

“We had a wonderful athlete team party yesterday at Kiko Ramen in Manhasset.
John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.
They even created a special group menu that included appetizers, entrées, and drinks. It was an excellent experience overall. For anyone planning a gathering in the neighborhood, Kiko Ramen is definitely the place to go!“

I wanted to tip her, it's Holiday season, but she kindly said they don't accept tips.
I feel that the owners should leave that up to us whether we want to recognize an employee by tipping and not dictate it whatsoever.
That is my only complaint.

“I got chicken over rice for $12 hands down best deal I’ve had in all of NYC as a foodie. It was my first time experiencing halal food so I asked bunch of questions to the guys at the line and they were very chill; they described all the toppings that I pointed to and gave me a GENEROUS PORTION. Chicken was well seasoned and tender, rice was also seasoned and chickpeas and hummus were decently fresh; everything tasted good even on the next day. This fed me for easily two days! We got in during happy hours so we got a couple oysters, a chashu rice ball, and 2 ramens: Spicy Tan Tan and Smoked Dashi. The foods were very delicious, ramen are both with tonkotsu broth, so if you are into Ichiran ramen, you will love it. The staff were also courteous; they sorted us out with a situation and we were happy about it. Definitely recommend to check out this location.“
