“So glad we stopped by!! The rest of the family was opting for fast food but I saw this place on Yelp and wanted to check it out. It’s small but the service was super fast even though the place was full. Food was delish and so fresh - we got burgers, fries, a quesadilla that had good seasoning on the chicken - it wasn’t a typical bland chicken quesadilla. And the kids liked the “Bag o’ lemonade!”“

“First time customer here and now a loyal one! We have been on the hunt for a good spot for our Pizza Fridays and our neighbor highly recommended Luigi’s to us. We placed an online order through their website (very convenient!) and had a slight mix up with our order. After calling and speaking with Nick, he went above and beyond to make things right for us. We were blown away by not only the service but the food as well! Happy to report Luigi’s will now be our family’s Pizza Friday spot! You don’t find many places like this. Truly a gem to the neighborhood. Their Chicken bacon ranch pie was phenomenal, their prices are very affordable and their service is exceptional! Thank you so much Nick! “I decided to stop by this Panera Bread on Cross Bay Boulevard while I was in the area, and I'm glad I did. It's one of those places where you can count on getting a fresh meal in a comfortable setting. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained everything was, and the atmosphere was calm, making it easy to relax for a while.

I ordered a sandwich with a bowl of soup, and both were fresh, flavorful, and served at the right temperature. The bread had that fresh-baked taste that Panera is known for, and the ingredients tasted like they had just been prepared. I also couldn't leave without trying one of the bakery treats, and it was just as good as it looked.

What impressed me the most was the team working there. Even during a busy period, they stayed friendly, greeted customers with a smile, and kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. Good customer service makes a big difference, and it definitely made my visit more enjoyable.
The restaurant has a welcoming feel that's great whether you're grabbing a quick bite, meeting someone for coffee, or spending a little time catching up on work. The food was satisfying, the service was attentive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

“The pizza is excellent, there is a modest amount of space to eat in, and they have a bar so customers can enjoy an adult beverage with their meal. Friendly service and a reasonable wait makes this good value for one’s money. We will be back!“

“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.“

“When going through the vegan options in LaGuardia, I was surprised to see much more limited choices than I would expect. I had lunch at Green Leaf’s. They had impossible as an option, but it was naturally vegetarian. The staff were on top of it though. They asked if I was vegan and then switched the pita for a wrap, removed cheese and sour cream and freely subbed in hummus and balsamic. It was tasty option as far as airport food goes, but the staff’s full understanding of my dietary restrictions made it the easy best choice. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-14“

“I swear my friends and I could live here. We’ve been coming to Madonna almost since their open… for dinner, for the pregame, for the many of birthdays, for the afters. The staff is a huge part of our experience and why it’s always first on our list. The music is always right, the cocktails are delish beyond belief, and the food… don’t get me started on the truffle fries. Trust!!“

“Juicy, delicious shashlik and lula kebab — the liver was especially surprising, so tender and succulent. Good service. The space is a bit dark; I would add more lighting to the interior. I would also add complimentary tap water, as is common in all restaurants. But none of that matters once you start eating — these guys definitely know how to cook meat.“

“The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The tomato salad was so fresh and flavorful, and the Short ribs Massaman was definitely one of the highlights—so rich and delicious!

We came on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was still warm, attentive, and friendly. Everyone made sure we were taken care of even during the rush, which we really appreciated. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!“

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “The pita chips were really good easily the best bit would go back just for those. The rice bowl was just ok though. I got half grilled chicken half falafel and the spicy jalapeno sauce with a bunch of veggies. Everything was just a bit bland no spice what so ever“

“By far the top cocktail bar in Hell’s Kitchen. I’ve been here for drinks with friends, corporate events, as well as date nights. There are multiple floors and plenty of seating area. Music is not loud so you can have a good conversation. My favorite spot is the martini room. Each area feels special and is separated enough to make it feel like you’re having your own private moment and not in a crowded bar in the middle of the city. They do a great job at making drinks and everything I’ve had, including the food has been top notch.“

“This is only the second time I've gone to a Just Salad and I had such a fantastic experience at this location. So I want to shout out Kevin for his outstanding customer service!

I walked in when there wasn't any line in front of me and Kevin greeted me instantly and asked if I was ready to order or if I needed a little more time. I asked if I could get a market plate with extra rice, and he was incredibly accommodating. He mentioned it was absolutely possible, just noting that the lid might have trouble closing, and thoughtfully offered to put the extra rice on the side as an alternative.

When I asked for a market plate recommendation and mentioned I already tried the Gochujang Chicken, he quickly suggested the Peruvian Chicken market plate as a popular alternative. (He was right, it’s really good!) The main braised chicken happened to be out, so he checked in with me to see if substituting the Gochujang chicken would be okay instead.

I also asked about using my app coupon for some soup. Kevin was so nice to check the soup for me, and although the soup I wanted was out for the day, he let me know that my coupon was still good for up to a month so I wouldn't lose out.

Honestly, Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful from tip to tail of the entire experience. Stellar service like his is exactly why I'll definitely continue coming back here!“

“If you are celiac and want a good burger in NYC, this is the place for you. Food here is amazing. We came here twice during our visit, takeout the first time, and ate at the restaurant the second.
I would suggest you to eat here, quality is high and hot food is always better, but this place is so good that even when it's cold at home is worth it. Very good burger, amazing popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries are a gem.“

“I come to this chopt very frequently as it’s right next to my workplace.

The staff never fails to greet me with a smile even during rush hour. When it’s busy the staff works effortlessly in sync. Orders are speedy and on time.

Manager Jasmine is always there assisting along with all the others, never had an issue here and I likely never will thanks to them!
