“I came in there over the summer with my wife and my grandson, Gerald. We were greeted by a young lady by the name of Brooke. Let me tell ya, she was a wonderful waitress to mi familia y yo! She brightened up out dinner experience and made the whole restaurant glow with positivity. I have never experienced such amazing service in my 73 years of life. I especially want to thank her for being nice to my grandson. he has severe autism and she was just a doll! She even sang him happy birthday (he was turnin 7). “We love their vodka margarita pizza (if you haven’t it’s a must have). So we decided to have them cater our daughter’s birthday dinner. The catering packages were affordable, good selection, plenty of food and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and the pizza. They also delivered which was a huge plus. Thanks so much!! “I can not believe that this restaurant has been here on Main Street in Port Jefferson Village for over 20 years and I never ate there!!! This is my new Favorite place to eat. The food was exceptional and good size portions. The pita bread they put out on the table was so delicious I could have made that my meal. The service was extremely attentive and so personable. I got the Carpaccio - the rabbit - and then the duck. All of which were prepped very very nicely . Carpaccio is some of the best I’ve had. Great high quality ingredients , along with incredible flavor profiles, and very nice ambiance.

First and foremost today was my first time ordering two sandwiches after my mouth watered seeing a friend bring her sandwiches to a basketball game a couple days ago and I said I have to try them out. Upon walking in I felt at home seeing so many Italian staples, my eyes lit up. I’m so sad I didn’t know about this gem earlier. “I don't know how I missed this hidden gem in St.James, but I was fortunate to have dinner there last night. A small, but intimate restaurant, almost missed it traveling from south to north on Moriches Rd. Not your typical menu that you would find in your average Modern Italian restaurant. Delicious, authentic italian regional dishes, like mama made. Interesting appetizers to wondetful pasta dishes, and the braised beef over polenta was incredible. You can bring your own wine, and the wait staff was very attentive, great place, looking forward to returning!“

Any meal I had there was excellent. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is family oriented. So it is like having a hug with dinner. I like that appetizers, soup, salad, main meal are brought out in steps. That way you can enjoy the courses. This has been my favorite spot to eat since last summer. Had taken my family members there. Me and one of my good friends go there all the time. My first time there, they made me mocktails that I requested. They were great.

“One of our favorite spots to grab casual dinner with the family. Service is good and price is pretty good too. The chicken parmigiana dinner comes with choice of soup or salad or pasta. Pasta Fagoli is some of the best around reminds me of my Nana’s. Go check it out they don’t take reservations but even on busy nights the wait is no longer than 15-20 mins.“

“Happened upon this restaurant while visiting Port Jefferson. And glad we did. Got here early enough that we could get a table right away. Steve took great care of us without being overbearing. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms, which were so freaking good. For main course my husband got the Chicken & Sausage Scarpiello, and I had the Veal Scallopini - both were delicious. We finished off sharing the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake. This exceeded my expectations. Everything was so good that my husband wants to go back tomorrow!“

“Really nice place with a rustic, romantic vibe. The food and service was excellent. Served hot and nicely portioned. Cesar salad was your with anchovies and dressed just right. Artichoke and spinach flatbread appetizer was excellent also.
My girlfriend got the Tuscan chicken over spaghetti and was a really nice portion. It needed a little salt but otherwise was perfect. I got the orrechetti with sausage and broccoli rabe and was very good. Sausage could have been cooked a little less and there could have been more broccoli rabe, but was still enjoyable. One other thing, they asked if I wanted cheese sprinkled on top, which I loved, but they used the wrong cheese. Instead of sprinkling grated Romano, they spooned on shredded parmesan. Not really appropriate for that dish.

“It was my first time dining here, and I was very pleased! We split the fried calamari arrabiata style, and I had the chicken mannino, which was a lighter dish cause of the vinegarette as opposed to a thicker sauce. My family enjoyed their dishes as well, and of course we saved room for dessert. The captain jack cake has become my top 5 favorite dessert of all time, and we will definitely dine here again! Shout out to Dawn, what a lovely waitress!“

“I attended an event Friday night and this place blew me away on so many levels. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Between Kaitlyn giving me a sample of one of the wines because I told her I was picky about wine and Zack accommodating an absolutely ridiculous request, they were all just amazing people. I’m autistic and I make some ridiculous requests sometimes, but Zack didn’t even bat an eye. I have pet rats and I saw that broccoli rabe was on the menu as a side, so I asked if I could take home like a single piece and he didn’t even blink, he just said to remind him before I left. I will definitely be patronizing them in the future“
