“Walked in (6:50pm) not sure of the closing time..(7pm)... I was prepared to turn around and leave but the young lady, Cameron.. invited me to order... In her head I'm sure it was ugh!...( I managed Retail for more than 16 years). But she did not make me feel that way...she smiled and joked as she took my order... The Subs were awesome!.. even if they had not been, this young lady already made me feel like a truly valued customer.. and that will win my business everytime...Well done Cameron...I highly recommend this location!“

We were in the heart of the city, and the competition was fierce. Desperate for some sustenance, we ventured out into the frosty night in search of a bite to eat. To our surprise, most places had closed their doors early due to the snowstorm, leaving us in quite a pickle.That's when we stumbled upon a shining beacon of hope – Five Guys! Not only were they open, but the aroma of sizzling burgers and fresh-cut fries welcomed us like an old friend. We couldn't believe our luck, and the warmth of the restaurant was a stark contrast to the cold outside.We entered, and the staff greeted us with cheerful smiles, despite the late hour. Being a lover of branding and business, I couldn't help but admire their efficient operation and branding consistency. The place wasn't bustling with activity, but the staff was on top of their game.As we placed our orders, the anticipation grew. I ordered their classic cheeseburger with all the toppings, while Roman opted for a bacon cheeseburger. They were thrilled to dive into their cheeseburgers.We grabbed a hightop and as we waited for our food, we regaled each other with tales of our epic billiards showdown. The ambiance was quiet, and we could hardly contain our excitement.When the food arrived, it was like heaven on a tray. The burgers were juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were perfectly crispy. “Fast, friendly and the food was great!“

“We were there on 6/2/2021 for lunch inside. The staff was very friendly and food was presented to us very quickly. The chicken salad sandwich I ordered and the crispy chicken sandwich my husband ordered were DELICIOUS! I was pleasantly surprised to see grapes on the chicken salad sandwich and it was larger than I expected.“

He asked if I wanted my recipe when I said no he told me that it has a coupon on it for my next bottle of wine. I didnt catch his name personally but my recipe said his name was Chris, very happy with the service and will go out of my way to shop here again.“

“Have had a few issues with food being forgotten on orders on a couple different times. I think the bearded guy with glasses is the manager. He's a honorable, stand up guy that has always made things right. They'd be in trouble without him. Food is always good here though. The Go to fast food place in the area.“

“If your up north or back east it is. Hard enough to find chicken but when you are BOTH up north and back east, you CAN go with KFC or! GO TO CHESTERS... This chicken place is very difficult to beat.
