“The food is absolutely amazing, but the service definitely needs improvement. I’m not sure if the ownership or management has changed, but every time I visit, something is missing from the table, whether it’s plates, forks, or other basic necessities. They really need more professional and attentive waitstaff. There always seems to be only one waiter handling everything, and it takes at least 15–20 minutes just to place an order.

It’s unfortunate because the food is truly excellent, but the service doesn't match the quality of the food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this restaurant has so much potential. With better service, the entire dining experience would be outstanding.“

“First off, I absolutely love Yellowstone Sushi! I’ve always ordered sushi rolls here because they’re consistently fresh and delicious. Tonight I decided to be a little adventurous and try sashimi for the first time. I ordered the sashimi appetizer, not realizing it’s normally an assortment of different fish, and I had requested only salmon.

They called me to explain the menu and, as a one time courtesy because I didn’t know, they kindly offered to make it with just tuna and salmon instead. I want to be clear that this was a special accommodation they made for me and not something they normally offer.

I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and such wonderful customer service. They took the time to call, explain everything, and make sure I had a great first sashimi experience instead of just sending the standard order.

Thank you so much for your kindness! It truly meant a lot. I already love your sushi, and now I can’t wait to try sashimi for the first time. You’ve definitely earned another loyal customer! ❤️

“Another amazing dinner from Katsuno. Our favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in NYC came through for us once again, this time with take-out. Tonight we had the Tuna Avocado Salad, Nigiri Sushi, Pork Hirekatsu, and Tempura Udon. All served with a refreshing can of Funaguchi Kikusui Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and served curbside in a safe no contact manner. Thank you Katsuno!“

“Great service, the food is such a great value when you go for happy hour, but even normal price hand roll set is a good deal. Very tasty sashimi, my favorite were the salmon roll and yellowtail hand roll.
The cold sake was very good for the price.
Server was friendly and attentive.

“I pass by this often but never went in. I finally got a strong craving for sushi and stopped by. The prices are good at the quality is delicious. The cashier/staff was very welcoming and great with recommendations. I got a mango tango, dragon roll, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna. It seems like there are regulars in this small place but i can see why. They are speedy for a quick lunch break.

“I had a fantastic dining experience at Mann Sarka Asian Bistro! The menu offers a great variety of both kitchen entrees and sushi. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken and a few of their Chef Special Rolls, including the 'Out of Control' roll. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The service was prompt and attentive. Highly recommend this spot in Floral Park if you are craving high-quality Asian fusion!“

Their rolls have an excellent filling to rice ratio! My youngest son loves their California Rolls and anytime we get them elsewhere, he says he prefers from Sushi You. “I went to get dinner on July 4 at 6pm and it was amazing. The only reason it doesn’t have four stars is because I ordered mango sticky rice, and all the condensed milk spilled in the bag. But it was very good. Otherwise, the the steam shumai was delicious and all the regular rolls were discounted that day so I got an eel avocado, a California, a spicy tuna and a Boston roll and they were all delicious.“

“This spot is a neighborhood GEM. I hope the people living here know this. Best Sushi and sashimi for miles around. Solid everytime. The fish is kept well and served well. The whole family works here and they are so nice and friendly. The dad who is the sushi chef has one of the fastest hands around. He just cranks the orders out like butter. The store has about 6 tables but they are never packed. But while I dine in the takeout orders are endless. This man can handle it all and still can chat with you.I wish I lived nearby....
