“My husband and I visited Niagara on the Lake for the first time yesterday. We stopped into Fritters on the Lake and were absolutely so impressed. Not only was the lunch recommendation on point; the fritters were absolutely amazing. However, the best thing ever was the service! Zoran was the kindest person ever and when I spoke to my family by phone later in the day-he was the first one I told them about. I’m not sure when I’ll make it back but Fritters on the Lake will be my first stop and everyone that is headed that way will have my highest recommendation. “This is one of the best Tim Hortons in town. I have been here a few times and apart from the quality of food which is outstanding, I also liked the service. Swatika at the cash counter has been really helpful to answer all questions about on-going offers, going above and beyond in providing top quality service. 5 stars!“

“I have come to this Tim hortons for years even after I moved away from it. I will make the drive. Some of the employees are like family, they take the time to remember my order and make sure it's right. They are always friendly and kind. It's feel s like home not a fast food place. Reason being is that the staff is very good and polite even in the busy hours, been to the store few days back in the night , although it took a minute longer that usual for the order, but hats off to the guy who apologized for taking a little long as he was alone handling the store front. “All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!

The staff were SO friendly. It was nice and refreshing.

My friend and I ate a late breakfast here (sandwiches served all day) and got some pastries and iced coffee. I thought the coffee was wonderful and they did have milk alternatives available.

They have some famous local donuts and had a ton of pastries and some great grab-n-go options like salads, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts.

Plenty of seating inside and they're open early/late.“
