“Ordered a sheet pizza for a huge party I was throwing. I had called it in several hours early for a specific time pick up. they had 30 slices in the sheet and it was huge! “Placed my order via DoorDash, put a note (which most places don’t allow) asking for extra saucy riggies, and to see if they could possibly add an extra meatball for my sons spaghetti and I would call the establishment directly to pay the extra charge over the phone. (there wasn’t an option to purchase separately)
I received my order within 30 minutes, everything was HOT, fresh, saucy, and DELICIOUS! And they even added the extra meatball! I was so impressed. I called and spoke with the manager to make payment and he kindly declined only asking me how the food was and if I liked everything. This was my first time having Gino & Joes, we just moved to the area… but we will definitely order again… and again!! 😊 great food and phenomenal customer service!“

“I love Wegmans so this review is a contradiction to my recommendation. My wife and I just left Wegmans (John Glenn) after spending way too much time there due to walking up and down aisles over and over attempting to find what we were looking for. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating process. People do not want to spend all day in the grocery store. They want to go in, get what they need, and get out and enjoy their day. I totally understand Wegmans business reason to change the layout around, but as a consumer, and a family that spends a lot of money yearly in Wegmans as our primary grocery store, this is nothing but an inconvenience.“
