“Went in tonight to get a family deal. The staff hand downs did another amazing job. whoever answered the phone and was on counter staff today was 10/10 AMAZING!!!! I am very picky but NEVER do I ever have a problem when going here or ordering! Scott Brown and the staff are amazing!!! Even when scott is not there the staff is super!! “Businesses have to realize they need us we don't need them without us their doors will be closed so whoever owns the places need to shave up to help because it's only going to hurt the owners in the end don't be rude if people aren't rude with you now you get real with me now we got a problem I don't like to show that side of me I'm a very nice polite person and that's what I expect when I come to your establishment so shape up your help otherwise one day your doors might be closed like I said we don't need you you just need us thank you“

Up until she started making anything that I have ordered from you store it has been awful, subs made wrong, pizza was gross and tasted old. If you guys hire and have her train further employees this will bring in more customers especially from my entire labor staff for lunches and other products.“

“My wife and I ordered 4 pizzas today on Father’s Day at 10:30am at opening because we wanted to be able to relax for at least one day this week! We were looking for a cheap, easy meal for our family of 7. My wife walked in to a stressed out staff member (not her fault at all, she was fantastic). We are more than happy to wait a little longer, as we are a large family ordering pizzas just when this business opened, and understand things take longer for bigger orders. However, I personally can not get over the feeling that this business is engaging in “leaner and meaner” because the staff member felt overwhelmed.
Her customer service skills were exceptional. Little Caesars should know that the customer experience is part of the sale and if your staff is stressed, it deteriorates from the sale. If I continue to walk in here and the staff is stressed, I will not buy from here. You will lose a customer! I’m leaving a five star review for the service from the person who works here on 06/15/25 at 10:30am, not for the company!“

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!“

“This place is hidden in the little plaza. There was not enough signage, so I passed it more than once without notice. I ordered personal pan pizzas for the first time, and they were very good. Perfect for my family because everyone likes different toppings. So everyone got their own toppings. This was great. They offer the personal pan pizza $2 on Tuesday. Great way to taste the product.
I was surprised how good it was. It was filling too.“
