“Went in tonight to get a family deal. The staff hand downs did another amazing job. whoever answered the phone and was on counter staff today was 10/10 AMAZING!!!! “Recently I was debating not shopping here anymore until you guys started having this tall woman cooking your food. Up until she started making anything that I have ordered from you store it has been awful, subs made wrong, pizza was gross and tasted old. If you guys hire and have her train further employees this will bring in more customers especially from my entire labor staff for lunches and other products.“

“Love, love, love, love, love the fact that I could walk into the place put numbers into a machine and get my food! And these crazy puffs are adorable little suckers! They taste just as good as a piece of pizza not better but they’re just the right size for me and then I’m not left with all that pizza I don’t need to eat! Is definitely an issue I will be returning to and considering it’s only 15 minutes from my house I’m loving this. And I didn’t even have to download an app. I just actually did it on my browser at home on my computer. And when I got here and realized I probably needed a code. I just pulled up chrome and did it - in the door quickly and out on my way while 5 others waited!!!! Oh yeah CRAZY PUFFS EVEN HAD A COUPON!!!“

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!“
