“I experienced Nettie’s for the first time last evening. My dining experience was excellent from arrival to departure. The food was “DELISH!” The owner was welcoming & hospitable, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere wea awesome! I am so pleased and proud to have a “Black” owned establishment where you can dine in Queens in a tasteful environment, supporting our entrepreneurs and our community. “Truly excellent food, service and atmosphere. We had very attentive service as dishes were delivered promptly and cleared quickly. The food was prepared and presented well and tasted delicious. “I came here for a get together for a friend's graduation.
It's a really nice family-owned restaurant in the area. Would be a decent date spot, especially because of the outdoor seating... call ahead and see if you can bring a board game.
Kimchi burger was amazing and I'd come back just for that!“

“And - we're back for the 2nd time in a month - just couldn't resist trying more options on the winter menu. This time around we shared tuna tartare app which was plenty for sharing and an excellent option. Dinner choices from our servers suggestions were butterfish and scallops. We enjoyed it all. Great flavors and presentation. Portions were just right, even if it means no take-home box. Looking forward to Spring!“

“The place is a vibe. The atmosphere and esthetics is everything. It has a great vintage, cozy, bookstore mature feels with these bold eclectic open frames. Food is good. Well presented but lacks flavor. Where the food lacks in the drinks make up in style. Service is attentive but not amazing. Overall. Great time. Great vibes. Would recommend and go again for the feel, not the food.“

“I had my daughters sweet 16 party at the Coral. The place was very nice, the workers were very helpful and courteous. The manager Frank was very helpful from the beginning when we went to get information about the venue, he gave detailed information about what options was available to us.
I would definitely recommend the Coral House to anyone that wants to have a great looking place, great service, and great atmosphere to have an event.“

“This diner is a jewel in residential Whitestone. Surrounded by private houses, you are likely to miss the diner. We are an ova-lacto-vegetarian family. We ate vegetarian quesadillas and tacos. Neither of them were on the menu but they substituted pinto beans for meat and it was amazing. I would say it is a quaint little diner with amazing tex-mex food!“
