“The aroma of tea grabs you immediately as you open the door, quaint and cozy with well curated display of tea pots etc. I visited with a specific tea in mind, would have loved to be educated more on the shop offerings, did I know about similar items to the one that brought me in...a bit more conversation maybe. Not a downside just an observation coming from a sales background. I enjoy explaining the goods I sell and engaging with clients and having them get interested beyond the initial interest.“

“When we walked in, there was not so much seatings which was not really nice. We waited for our drinks which was only 3-5 minutes. One guy with long hair, glasses, and beard was very rude when they got our order wrong. We asked for no dragonfruit included which they added in so we told them to remake but the guy rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed. He threw/toss our drinks onto the pickup order area instead of putting it on the rack. He put no effort whatsoever. The other guy named Rob was nice though.“

“One of the top bagel locations not just on Long Island but in all of New York. Doughy, warm, and really tasty bagels. Their get a dozen + 3 free deal is pretty solid, a great go-to for work functions, but I find their cream cheese to be a bit over priced. Still, I’ve always had a consistently wonderful experience with Manhasset Bagels.“

“Place is great and I love coming here all the time. I’ll spare you a bad star rating because sometimes weird things can happen. Today there was hardcore rap music playing. Unflitered, use of every profanity and racial slur under the sun. Can’t come here with kids or family if it keeps up. Wrong area, wrong crowd guys. Please get on it owners/management.
