“Carvel is classic. A nice, busy Carvel on William Floyd, on your way to the beach. They have all the basics Carvel has to offer. A nice staff and a clean Carvel. Nowhere to sit though. It's a take out and eat in your car Carvel, as usual.“

“I have been going to the Middle Island Carvel for many years. The store is always clean, staff friendly and professional.
Last week I ordered my son’s birthday cake. It was perfect! Not only did it look great, it was delicious. The ice cream was fresh, the “crunchies” were crunchy. The fudge topping was awesome.
Don’t buy Carvel in a supermarket. There is no comparison.“

“We visit the Shirley store regularly (maybe too regularly 😜) and are always greeted by the lovely staff who are very quick and flawless with taking orders. I would give five stars if they didn't run out of the popular flavors so quickly.“

“Waitress doubled tip that we left on card. The Friendly’s in Shirley - food was good. It appears the waitress doubled her tip (the tip usually gets posted to the card at and of day separate from bill which is posted immediately). She was young pleasant, light skin, light brown hair with patches of blue and green in her hair. No where near worth a 16 dollar tip.“
