I am now sitting at home enjoying my dinner (takeout ordered before we left today). Aside from the amazing fare, the customer service was top notch. Attentive, knowledgeable, funny and interested. “The first time I tried the pretzel croissant I became addicted! All of their croissants are amazing... Their coffee is awesome too! So glad it opened in Southold. Lately, they've been making the pretzel croissants into egg sandwich which I'm sure is delicious too, but I prefer to ask for it alone :) Whoever is making these croissants, thank you Chef!!!!“

“Shinnecock Lobster Factory makes amazing lobster rolls! I ordered a warm, buttery “whale” roll. You could have ordered a small “dolphin,” a medium “shark,” or a large “whale” and the whale roll has the most lobster meat. The whale roll is more expensive but I think it was worth it. I bought a raspberry iced tea for my drink. There is only outdoor seating, including a grass area you can bring dogs. You order at the window and bring the food to the tables with benches. There is no indoor seating. The restaurant is a quick 5-minute drive from downtown Southampton. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back!“

“I had a really good first meal at this cafe and as a foodie I can tell it’s really good. Then I read some comments below and noticed Some people just like to complain for the silliest things. People assume when you’re in a restaurant you just assume things everything is handed to you with just standing there. Obviously it’s a self serve cafe, it doesn’t hurt to ask how to do business w them. I like going in and eating in places like these as it’s so easy to go in and out without having to wait. They serve great food here, and I was served fine and good, people just complain too much for silly things“
