“We just had lunch a group of 18 at Salts Restaurant this afternoon and everything was perfect. The atmosphere and service were outstanding even as they also cared for another large party. Due to the snow and the snow plow blocking the ramp a few of us needed help navigating the back entrance stairs. Both Katie and Armando were great helps. They were both very strong and familiar with assisting people. I knew I was in capable hands. And everyone loved their food. The food was plentiful with lots of delicious options. I had the Reuben that was so good. Thanks to the entire staff for a job “well done”!!“

I commented to our server how the food tasted so authentic and learned the owner/chef is from the same small town in Italy as my grandmother. You could taste it in the food! The service was as good as the food. We left there feeling like we were just at a family dinner. It was our first time here and it's a 1.5 hour drive, but we will be back often. Highly recommend!“

I ordered the Scallop Potatoes with Ham and this was a great dish that I would definitely eat again.
The Lasagna, Steak and pasta also looked good and all guests were happy with their food.

“Reunion of a few hockey players from the 1970's for lunch today . Our waitress was Molly and she was (Johnny on the Spot) from ordering to getting refills on our drinks . We were very pleased with the Tenders , French Onion soup and the Burgers ! Even the popcorn was great . The $11.99 lunch menu was perfect . Molly was one step ahead of us whatever we needed and it cost us about HALF of what we paid at Distillery on our previous lunch .

The only thing I was disappointed in ( which wasn’t any of these peoples doing) was my porterhouse steak. For the money, it should have been a nice cut. It was an end cut, one that even some stores don’t use…let alone a very upscale restaurant. It was also supposed to be med rare n was med. I didn’t send it back because st least it was pink, but it was well past med rare. My crab cake was very good. The lobster and crab mac and cheese was also very good. I’d definitely recommend and go back. Just not sure if I’d get the porterhouse again. Probably go with just the filet.“

“We had 2 events in the month of February. Meg was my point of contact for both. She has the best communication skills I have ever come across at a restaurant! She was super easy to get ahold of and always answered my questions promptly and efficiently. She was very accommodating with our themed events and made sure the room was set up to meet our needs. The room was organized well and we had ample space for both events that had over 20 people at each one. The food came out quickly and the portions were good and the food was tasty. I enjoyed both my meals and the great service that was provided. When they were made aware of any questions or concerns, they were dealt with quickly, we just had to let them know. There was a discrepancy with the gratuity accidentally being charged 20% for one of the events, but as soon as they were made aware of the situation it was taken care of. They went above and beyond and they will be at the top of my list for my next event!“

“We use this hotel each year on our trip to Ohio from Maine. Easy to find from I 90. We were welcomed by Diamond at reception in a professional and friendly manner which was nice after a long drive. Wait time when I first walked in until the time I was seated was approximately five minutes once I was seated the waitress appeared within 3 to 4 minutes to take my order. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. The Reuben sandwich was really well made very flavorful for my side. I chose the macaroni salad which had no flavor whatsoever. It was very bland.“

After telling her it was his birthday, she came back a few minutes later telling us she got a “personal call from Dave & Busters and they wanted to give this very special boy a free play pass”. He was SO excited and it made him feel extra special on his day, so we really appreciate that. He even got a light up ice cube and gummy worms in his drink, and he was so happy.“
