“The flavors I think were great, ℓℓ really because they had cotton candy & I've never seen cotton candy as froyo in the stores. I got cotton candy, raspberry & strawberry lemonade sorbet which was also really good. The place was clean & they had the normal toppings. It was good.“

“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! “Without a doubt the closest cooking to remind me of home. Catfish and Shrimp pivots was amazing. Crawfish Etoufee, chicken and sausage gumbo and chicken sausage and shrimp jambalaya was spot on. “Had an amazing time there as the owner is so personable and aims to have a “small cafe in Connecticut kind of feel” which I definitely got. She really works to personalize your orders and is willing to try new recipes. I got the chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake, apple cinnamon muffins, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate mousse, chocolate chip cookies , double chocolate cookies, and bloodies which all tasted incredible! “The cookies here are to die for! Surprisingly they also sell donut holes. And for the price, variety, and taste they are an absolute must! I got one of each flavor, and each one was better then the next. Like..Tim hortons and dunkin who? Hahaha. For only $15 we got a mini carrot cake, a dozen donut holes, and a large sprinkle cookie. What a deal! The shop is so quaint and they have so much to choose from. You can even get dog treats, edible cake decorations prepacked loaf cakes and cookies.Even though they take credit cards, they have an ATM inside for convenience. So if you're trying to hop on the RVC train and need cash, you can quickly open in.Parking is metered street parking. There is more parking on the one way street around the corner, if you can't find one in the front.“

“Had the bacalao fritters as an appetizer. They had small shards of bone in them. We each pulled bones out of our mouths. My friend ordered the cod named after restaurant. Had bones. No where in menu does it tell you that their plate is BONE IN. Made meal unpleasant.I had lamb chops. I must say they were thinnest lamb chops ever anywhere. Usually they’re 3 double chops in every place I’ve had them. Here they’re 4 single chops so thin you can’t get them medium rare as I ordered. I’d say go but ask lots of questions.“

“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. “Always love going here! The ambience is welcoming, and the service is exceptional. We went with two of our friends, and sat at a lovely table in the corner upstairs. The lighting and the atmosphere was excellent, and conducive to great conversation. The baked brie and Braz short ribs are always my faves and did not disappoint!  our waiter was excellent, and attentive. Can't wait to come back!“

“It is the most complete gluten-free menu of Italian favorites. Sauce is great. Everything we've ordered has been very good. Never get bored because there are so many choices. This was a pull apart cupcake with yummy delicious flavors and just as tasty as it was beautiful. In my heart I didn't want anyone to eat it - it was so beautiful lol. “I live in Florida and was recently talking to my brother how you can’t get good crumb cake here. Entenmans is garbage and he told me about Brooklyn delight. I placed an order for four crumb cakes cakes and 12 muffins. Needed to try the crumb cake, Could not wait until the morning.I will say I’m New York City born and raised and have gotten great product from local bakeries for many years while living up there. This crumb cake is the very best I have ever had, haven’t tried the muffins yet but I’m hoping they be as good. Can’t get a good corn muffin down here so I’ll keeping my fingers crossed. I was concerned about the packaging and shipping. They did an absolutely great job. No damage to the product at all.“

“We had a small group of people over on Sunday for an impromptu birthday party and decided to give this family owned restaurant a shot. What a GREAT choice! Each entree was fresh, filling and flavorful. The pizza slices were tasty and the garlic knots were perfect. On top of this, everyone, there is just so nice and giving. Villa Formia will definitely be our new go-to!“

“Great food and excellent service. Can't believe past this place so many times. Hard to tell from the outside, but inside the place is a hidden gem. Spacious yet cozy, quiet atmosphere. We started off with a couple of cocktails, of which the Peach Cosmo was amazing. My wife rarely finishes a drink, but this one was so good she had two! With some help from our friendly waitress Lauren, we decided upon the four-course dinner for two. Starting with the cheddar cheese fondue was a delight. The rich texture and spices made for an excellent appetizer. The California salad with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette was delicious, as was the Melting Pot salad. For the main course, we chose the Steak Lovers and Land and Sea entrees. Lauren was very helpful in explaining the cooking procedure, which in itself enhanced the whole experience. For dessert, we chose the Yin Yang chocolate fondue, which is a mix of black and white chocolates in which to dip an assortment of fruits and little snacks; the perfect ending. Overall, the food and service are top-shelf. The staff is very attentive, the portions are generous yet reasonably priced. Now that we know, we'll be back.“

“Texas roadhouse is always my go to restaurant when I am on the road traveling. Their steaks are always perfectly cooked and I have never had to wait even during rush-hour because there’s usually a stool at the bar I can get in quickly in order and have my meal in front of me typically less than 15 minutes.“
