Oh, and the service was excellent too! All of our glasses were served chilled, and the staff were extremely attentive and responsive despite the language barrier between us (I wish I spoke better Spanish and Portuguese!)“

“West end has been one of our favorite places to dine for over 30 years. They have kept up the wonderful food and service even though Management has changed. The food was always outstanding and it hasn't changed. The service was always spot on and continues to be warm and caring. The four of had their prix fixed dinner and it was outstanding. The portions were the same size as the ala carte menu and the food was spot on. hadn't been there in a while because of some health issues but we will be regulars again as will our friends.“

I hosted a party of 20 at Applebee’s, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, organized, and incredibly accommodating. Handling a large group is never easy, but they made it look effortless.

Our server Alexandra went above and beyond, keeping drinks full, orders accurate, and everyone happy. The food came out quickly, hot, and perfectly cooked. Not a single mistake, which is impressive for such a big party! Every guest raved about both the service and the quality of the food.

The team Projwal Pradhan, Alexandra and Angel truly made our celebration smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be returning for future gatherings!

“My family and I went to Veranda restaurant in Bayside yesterday for. Birthday dinner. The restaurant is well located, with street parking and valet service as well. There’s an outdoor patio, that for obvious reason we couldn’t use. The temperatures in NY have been in the single digits lately. The food and the service were on another level! Gregory was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. The food was finger liking good! I had the pan seared scallops with spinach risotto and OMG. I can’t wait to go back. Everyone was pleased with the their food choices and I highly recommend this place, unfortunately I didn’t take pics of everyone’s food. Only if mine, I hope you find this review useful. We had several guests with dietary needs (peanut allergy, vegetarian) and Pam helped us craft a menu to accommodate our guests. The team for the day (Sean, Jon, and Natalya) were so attentive and we appreciate the staff and everyone behind the scenes that made the afternoon a lovely memory for our family and guests. She should be commended. Two of us got the chicken breast dinner and the other two got the pork chop. Everything was delicious as usual. Our wine was great as were the little desserts they always serve. Seasons 52 has become a favorite which is why we always come back!“
