Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. “The white castle that's been here for decades went through a remodel during covid times.

Long gone is the window to see them cooking the sliders and the bench tables.

Now it's cut and dry interior of tables and chairs and window seats with a large space in the middle where additional tables could have been placed.

They sell merch: tshirts and caps and some other items.

The menu has expanded a bit more, so you have beef, chicken, fish, impossible to choose from.

I ordered a Make-Your-Own Burrito and it was delicious, reasonably priced too, it all depends on what kind of protein you choose that will determine the overall cost for your order. And the atmosphere of the place was solid to dine in.

The menu has a good variety as well, more so in comparison to Chipotle I have to say.

We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. “It's a great local spot run by Barb. Barb is the best and she makes you feel very welcome. It is super casual and she's willing to make you anything you want with the ingredients she has. She has a lot of regular customers and frequently names menu items after them. She's open early in the morning with hot coffee and breakfast items and on hot days she has ice cream and frozen treats and stuff like that as well. She makes delicious hot dogs with chili and hamburgers as well. I will definitely go back at some point soon to try the other menu items. When I go back it will be only partly for the food, but mostly just to hang out with Barb.“

I must say the place was very clean food was fresh and the staff was very welcoming professional and most of kind. I've been ordering from this Wendy's maybe once or twice every week (with some breaks in-between), since I started working at the Palisades Mall and I haven't gotten a bad experience even once. For starters, the quality of the food is always on point and that's one of the main reasons I keep coming back, also the choice of ordering through the app saves me minutes when I'm on break and have to come back within a certain time and the Meal Deals alongside the offers on the app are amazing. The other main reason why I keep coming back is that the people working there are always so friendly and quick that the possibility of getting poor service has never crossed my mind.
